I bought a phone and still had 10-days Grace period to return it for any reason and still hide the receipt had insurance and they refused to take back what a bad business I give them zero ? if I had to the customer service Stinks. The people in there are corrupt just like america. Don't go here. That's my experience bad business. Will never go there not recommend.

Not much help at all I've been with this phone company for years no change and never get any upgrades or always switching your plan without fully letting you know what charges are going to be.

Enrique, the store manager is the absolute worst sales person manager I've ever come across. He is all about himself and trying to push sales after sales on you. You have a phone issue. He will not help you. He will not fix it. He will instead try to push sales on you. I have had the worst experience. And don't even want to be a metro customer anymore because of him..

I purchased the 5G Gateway on Nov. 22nd and although the receipt and advisement says it can be returned within 60 days, the personnel at the store said that it could not be returned and to call 611 when I showed them on the receipt that it could be returned. I called 611 and was told the same thing. I will NEVER use t-mobile again after this experience. Also, walk 10 feet into a grocery store and you don't get service on their phones.

Great place. Always very clean. I am a loyal customer of this establishment for a proud 3 years. The staff people always know all of my questions and if needed are able to utilize their cell phone to get that answer needed to more accurately select your next advice as was last Friday for myself when I upgraded to the OnePlus Nord n30 5G. Thanks again Metro for always being so clean and just always delivering a consistent shopping environment that's honest, breathable, and interactive. If that makes sense. Have a great day!!!

We bought a Samsung phone about two months ago at these location. Today we came to see if they could help me out because for some reason my phone exploded. They didn't tried to help me at all they tried to sell my another for $300 dollars or either prepaid several months ahead or they needed a credit card . They didn't see if I could get my warranty or even the manufacturer warranty They never tried to help at all Is these how Metro PCS treats they clients with a exploded phone by the way I had my life in danger with these explosion. My need to get some legal advise to to these matter. And yeah Metro representative never help nor gave me their name to report them directly cause she didn't had a name tag. They deserve zero star
