“5 stars for customer service. A relative bought a prime rib from John and Wayne's, but forgot if he had purchased a raw or pre-cooked roast. He realized this on Christmas morning and had no way of knowing how long to cook the roast. I found a way to reach out to the owner on Christmas morning and, to my surprise and relief, he returned my message and was able to answer my question. He saved Christmas! Well, the supper anyway.
