They fixed my 7 pin connector at half the cost I was anticipating and took care of a recalled propane regulator I didn't even know was recalled! Great service and I love the dog they have as a greeter

Rachel is phenomenal. Having someone with great communication makes every repair easier, even when it's far more than there should be on a new camper. But having her being our contact has made each repair, recall, and warranty fix a breeze.

Traveling thru Fargo from Michigan and needed a minor repair on our motorhome. Called McLaughlin's and spoke to Krista in service. She had us come right over and Tim agreed to fix our issue immediately. A half hour later we were on the road again. Both Krista and Tim were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Even though our repair was minor they understood our concern about it. I highly recommend McLaughlin's for RV service in Fargo ND. A big thank you to Krista and Tim.. your're the best!
