Absolutely amazing haircut!! Got my hair done by Chloe. She was very attentative, asking questions and making sure I got the hair cut I wanted, making adjustments and just overall amazing. My hair turned out so great and exactly what I wanted. She was very nice and easy to make conversation. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will be coming again.

Really disappointed with the service today, got here and checked in for an appointment 10 minutes early with Marie and ended up waiting 20 minutes after my appointment was started. I think they were trying to wait until 5 to close so they did not have to cut my hair.
Expecting $40 for a rush job haircut is incredibly disappointing, I was even recommended Marie and this place by someone I knew. I am never coming back here.

I got my eyebrows/lip/ and chin waxed there.The wax was too hot and ripped off the first layer of my skin on my chin. I didn't realize it until it started hurting later that day. Usually the waxer gives me a mirror to see what she has done but did not do that.I went to the store the next day to show them what happened and they didn't even apologize. I was told to write my address down on a scrap of paper and they'll send me something.I am upset and disgusted with how they handled this. I have been a loyal customer for years. Not anymore.

I just went back for a haircut with Daniel, and I walked away with another super cute style. She did a great job listening to all of the likes and dislikes I threw out there (some of it conflicting), and offered suggestions along the way. I love the end result! Last summer she did a great job with a cut and color, too. Thanks again!

Senior Staff was amazing! I wish they were the ones who cut my hair. The person who cut my hair I feel rushed through it, and I am truly sadden with my haircut. It's too short now so I’m in limbo between wavy hair straight hair and neither wants to cooperate. My hair is a hot mess now I watching videos and I think layers might help and some color to make me feel better.
