Beware. Brought a car in to get a quote to repair a noise that a ford fusion makes when turning. After getting a quote of $1700 for 2 new struts my kids decided to wait as that way more than they can afford at the time. Only to find out that they charge $150 for a diagnosis fee. The car has had all the service work done at Luther and was bought from them only to find this out after fact that there was a charge. They did discount the fee to $75 upon knowing of the fee after the fact but when my son took the vehicle to I29 repair they did an evaluation for free and suggested that the noise wasn’t going to affect the vehicles performance and if they did do the work it would be $700 less than Luther. Moral of the story is ask before you ask them to do any diagnostics and get a second opinion as service depts will take advantage of students. So much for their credibility.

Had some recall work done at dealership 2 of 3 recalls completed 3rd incomplete due to part not being available . Not sure why they scheduled it with out the part also had oil changed while in there a few days later I smelled oil burning after checking under the hood to see if they spilled any oil I found that the fill cap was not put back on after the oil change I returned to dealership I met with Luki his department did not do the oil change but he stepped up and took care of cleaning up the oil and changed the oil again and did all this at closing time. So over all I would recommend luther for service work

The car is beautiful and was a fair price. The young salesperson was a horrible communicator. We would call and he didn't return calls, only responded to texts sometimes, and didn't keep us updated so we could plan despite asking for that specifically multiple times. In person he quit trying to work with us when we said we needed to sleep on the decision. The finance department was so short handed that it took over two hours waiting after being told our car was ready. Once there it was painless and they were helpful and fast. Word of advice, the older reps definitely were better than the young ones.

It was a very easy on-line appointment scheduling.Appreciated the prompt service.The thorough review of work done was also appreciated.Was reminded by your payment personnel I had Ford Pass Awards which were partially used for payment of service.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and recall work. After my appointment was made, I had made the decision to give my car to a relative. I called them to see if they had time to check everything over, top off all the fluids, check the brakes, etc., and put new tires on it so it was in good condition and safe to drive. They were so nice to me and were more than happy to take care of it for me. They kept my car for most of the day, but they were able to get all the work done for me. I was very pleased. Also, in the past when I would bring in my car for maintenance, all of the employees were always very helpful and friendly!

I've been getting the run around from so other mechanics in town and I'm so thankful Luther provided full details on what was going on with my car. Even better was Anna who worked on my car. She was so detailed in her responses to me with updates and fixes that were needed. I don't like dealing with car issues, but Anna made it a much better experience. Thank you!

I was totally happy with Jared my salesman. He did everything possible to make my shopping experience great. I was not as happy with others involved in my purchase. Was treated different after we financed through my bank and when I didnt purchase extended warranty. Not cool.

Anna and the rest of the crew were great! They went out of their way to help me in a difficult situation. I truly feel they put their best effort into finding the problem with my vehicle and were more than fair in billing me for the services rendered. I won't hesitate to stop back when in the area and the need arises.I am from a larger metro area and my experiences with dealer ship service departments(of several makes) has not been great. It's nice to know that there are still great, honest dealerships out there.The next time I'm shopping for a new Ford. I probably make a road trip.Thank you!

I drove up without an appointment, on a Saturday, with a problem actively occurring with my vehicle. The service Manger, mechanic, and courtesy driver all EXCEEDED my expectations! They were friendly, patient, diagnosed the problem, kept me informed, added in an oil change at my request, gave me a ride home and then back later AND made the repair within a few hours! I always feel valued and respected at Luther! Thank you!!

Had a great experience purchasing a new F150. Walked in during the afternoon and was able to meet with Josh right away and test driving a F150 minutes later. Able to leave with no pressure to think about the great deal. Text the salesman later that day and put the truck on hold to come in the next morning. Walked out after about an hour and 45 minutes after all the paperwork, truck detailing, and initial setting up some of the tech with a brand new F150. I'd recommend Luther for any car buying experience. They're non commission sales and no pressure.
