This was the worst vehicle buying experience possible. I called to check availability of the pickup wanting to purchase in the morning and was good to go. Drove 3.5 hrs to go buy it. Told the salesman I wanted to get as much ready possible because I was driving so far and wanted it to be fast. I got her the items of information she wanted and thought it would be quick. I showed up at 3:40, only to see quickly that this was unorganized and wasn’t going to be fast. Got a quick the pickup you want is there, manger will look at yours, waiting room is there, greeting. So I then got insulted with a trade price 10k under the mid range of kbb. So I was in waiting game of paperwork for 2 hrs, at 6:05 I got pulled back to be told they couldn’t find my pay off on their computer system and their was nothing they could do. Got handed a business card told to come back tomorrow. Salesman didn’t even stick around to say sorry, had to unlock the door to let myself out. So I decided to stay overnight, was back there at 9:00 when they opened, salesman never did say sorry for the mess 2 hrs later, I was finally on the road outta there. Dirty windows on a brand new $90k pickup and terrible customer service, less then impressed. You can tell that they make to much money off of us and they don’t care because people will just be coming back. I will not be and will be spreading the word.

Service needs to be scheduled at least 2 weeks ahead of time at this dealership, a very long lead time. My service yesterday was to be completed in an hour. It took two hours and 15 minutes with no updates or explanation. The service writer did give me a coupon to use for a future visit, but I'm not sure I will be back. Also, the engine air filter they recommended be changed was not in stock, requiring a return visit. This should be a common stock item.

Thane did a great job as soon as we walked through the door. The Denali purchase ended up to be a great experience from start to finish. Even though it is four hours away from us, it was well worth the trip for the service we got from them.

Pure and simple - the quality is based upon the people! Rob Tollefson is an outstanding representative. From the very beginning one knows that he cares about meeting and answering my concerns. I came for an oil change and to check my tire monitoring system. I had concerns about the battery and wanted to learn options for purchasing tires in the future. He addressed each need in a professional manner. I bought a new battery and will wait until the fall of 2024 to buy tires at Luther. I have faith in Luther because of Rob. When an issue came up with my radio after the new battery was installed Rob worked with the manager to solve the problem that day. Rob was there to help me and I am so thankful for all that Rob does and how he does it! Rob is the ideal service advisor and I am grateful for all that he does! Thank you, Rob! Rob is the ideal representative for Luther Auto!

I needed to get SUV in quickly before drive to Seattle area; had issue with suspension. They were able to squeeze me in, did a test drive and a technician inspected. Replaced both front struts right then and get me going! Very much appreciate the effort and the quick work. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding service yesterday. My car died at the airport - time for new battery. Went to Luther immediately after a AAA jump start and they replaced the battery and I was on my way within minutes.

We are a couple seniors who are stunned after visiting Luther Family Buick. What began as a Saturday afternoon investigation of model changes turned into the most comfortable vehicle purchase we have made in 55 years of doing so. Every individual we encountered at Luther was pleasant, professional and non pressuring; from our initial contact with the receptionist, through the sales person, his business manager and finally the finance guy. The emphasis at Luther is truly on Family, because that is how they make you feel!

Good service, I got in right away. However when it came time to pay, on the invoice it said that they found an issue with something else.It would have been nice to know this before hand, so I did not have to bring it back. They should have called me when they found another issue. If I bring it again, I will be charged another diagnostic check and that is just not okay with me. As soon as I left my check engine light went off again, but not for the same thing. But friendly service.

Very pleasant staff. Vehicle done on time. I appreciated the courtesy ride, but had to wait 40 min for it. I found out from my driver that you have a service where you come get the car and drop it off for $30. Had I known that, I would have utilized the service. Overall decent experience, though.

The last time I bought a vehicle (not from here) was an absolute nightmare and I am happy to say coming to Luther Buick GMC has been a complete 180 from that experience. I worked with Sam P. to get my new-to-me vehicle recently and she not only helped calm my anxieties about getting a new vehicle but also answered all of my questions and accommodated having me take the vehicle for someone to look over. On top of this awesome sales person, Cassidy in the License & Titling department helped me with an issue I was having getting my new vehicle squared away with plates. 10/10 recommend getting your next vehicle here.

My sales rep was Evan Kasson. I have never bought a brand new car from off a lot before. I was a little nervous but Evan was relaxed and immediately put me at ease. Answered all my questions in easy to understand terms. He always had a smile and really listened. I was at three other dealerships that day, but came back to Luther and Evan and bought my car.

I purchased my GMC Sierra from Luther GMC about 2 years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. Just this past week I had some engine issues and called them. I spoke with Robb in Service, and he was great. He helped me line up a tow truck to get my truck in, they squeezed my truck in about 3-4 days early, and completed the repairs well ahead of what I was expecting. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Well done, Luther GMC (especially Robb)! I'd definitely recommend them for Sales and/or Service any time.
