I asked them to do a timing job and claimed they did so and later claimed, when timing tensioner failed, that they never removed my front cover for the timing and just adjusted it and still charged me for the job

Took time off work to drop daughter's car off at 8:00 this morning for her 9:30 appointment. I hadn't heard anything so I stopped in at 1:00... was told "it's still being worked on" even though I never got a call with the estimate I requested. The service writer told me they were "overbooked, but that's normal". Pulled around back and car is sitting in their parking lot. I'll hold off on full review until end of day... this car is supposed to go to Minneapolis tomorrow... I'm sure it will all work out as I had an early appointment with them... right?

Was in Saturday to double check on a service plan I bought with my van back in 2019, (that whole part was a good experience), as I was setting up an appointment in the service department I asked about the loaner vehicles, was told it was first come first served. Fast forward to today, march 6th 2024 I show up early for my appointment, was asked if I needed a ride, said I would like a loaner, Miles proceded to inform me that those are now only for Mazda and Kia owners. Had I been told that on Saturday I never would have made the appointment, so unless you have a Mazda or Kia they don't want to help it seems. Was planning on coming back to purchase another vehicle next year, but after this I think you have lost a customer! Not to mention Miles didn't seem to care if he lost the service, or the fact that myself or my wife would have had to miss work, now I have to spend money on a rental car so I can take it somewhere else to get fixed! Very unprofessional by Miles!

Really enjoyed our time working with Martez at this location. Bought a low mileage used SUV here. They really put in the work and time to let us decide what vehicle we wanted. Even after the purchase they made all the little repairs needed to make the vehicle nice.

Jaxen went above and beyond to put my mother into a new CX-5! After ten years, she was in the market for a new car. The first one she picked out was hard to get but Jaxen made sure to find her a different one she liked even better! My mother is a woman of many questions but Jaxen was more than happy to help her out to put her at ease through the buying process. He even went out of his way to help program her car to her garage door a week after the sale. I have bought many cars in my time but I have yet to have a salesman go to the lengths Jaxen has to make a customer happy. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to work with Jaxen!

I would highly recommend purchasing from Lunde. The service is exceptional. Miguel was prepared for my appointment and had the car I wanted to test drive ready and waiting. When it came time to purchase, we were in a bit of time crunch and he made sure the paperwork was ready to go when we arrived and we were in and out in record time. The most seamless car-buying experience I have ever had. The other sales people and staff were also friendly and helpful. No pushy sales tactics, no gimmicks, just great quality service.
