I chose Lunde Mazda Fargo because our CX-5 needed an EVAP canister and they were the only Mazda dealership that came up in my search of the Fargo /Moorhead area. My daughter is in school near there, and since I’m in the twin cities, I had to find a solution I could trust to send her to.Made an appointment for 7am on a Tuesday, didn’t get a call about the car until late in the afternoon. They said they needed to order the part in, but hoped they could keep the car and not reassemble it until the new part arrived Friday.Fast forward- Friday comes and no word. When I finally call them, I find out the part isn’t coming but it will be in on Saturday and that the tech will wrap it up then.Saturday comes, Saturday goes .. not even a phone call.Monday morning at 8am, I call and leave a message asking about the car and when I finally hear back it’s from the parts guy saying my part was in and I should schedule to get it installed. Say what??Car finally gets done late Monday but without enough notice to arrange to pick it up. Guess it’ll be Tuesday.In the end, it takes what it takes to get it done, but it’s frustrating to not hear from them while my kid is missing work and school obligations because she’s without a car.Good communication would have given this review a completely different tone.

Something isn’t working here. Very nice in person and willing to provide rides while you are waiting but scheduling is a nightmare, especially if you live out of town. I made an appointment in advance. Informed them I needed to buy snow tires and have them installed. I drove an hour to the service center for my morning appointment. Upon arrival I was asked what kind of tires I needed because they didn’t have any in stock. Tires were ordered and scheduled to arrive 4-5 hours later…..for some reason when I asked about coming back later in the day that wasn’t an option. Spent 7 hours in the lobby. Three other people in the lobby had the same experience. So I know more about them then most of the people I have worked with for the last 5 years. Two days prior to my appointment, my wife had an appointment for an oil change. Drove an hour to the service center. On arrival was told it would be 4 hours because so many people came in before her. So why stack so many appointments at the same time? Last year my wife scheduled an appointment for a repair. First drive over, part wasn’t in stock. Rescheduled. Second appointment, they had not yet ordered the part. Third time, same thing. What?? I have always enjoyed buying a vehicle from Lunde because of their approach to sales and customer service, but we won’t be able to use their service department any longer due to the ongoing issues.

Prices were a little hard to understand. Frankly, it looked like I was going to pay more. I was ready for it, so the bill being lower in the end was a nice surprise, but the initial estimate almost made me go somewhere else.Employee communication was good, but clarity needs just a bit of polish. Overall, was happy with the experience.

Found and bought my sons first vehicle here!! Went well from start to finish.. Mike, Clay and Kelsey did such a professional job. From start to finish.Approval was fast. Finalizing paperwork went smooth and I was done in 10mins. Mike made sure everything went smooth through the whole ordeal and showed me the car fax report and discussed everything to satisfaction.Great Team Work!!

I had a tire rotation done on my car. It was a great experience actually this time around. No waiting, no scheduling ahead of time. My car was checked over, vacuumed inside and I was given a coupon for a free car wash.In the past I have had some reservations about this place - trying to purchase a vehicle from them, and then, in another occasion - an oil change service, but this time it was perfect!

One of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. It took a few months for my personal timing and availability inventory to be right and Lunde kept in touch with me to let me know when the car I was interested in, was available. I highly recommend Lunde. Everything was informative, friendly and low pressure.

My first visit with the car I bought in April and the first time I bought a car from this dealership. I was very pleased with the service department from the moment I dropped off the car until I left. Everyone was pleasant and kept me up to date as to the services being done. I'd recommend Lunde Auto Center to family and friends.

They were willing to accommodate my irregular schedule and were always transparent on my trade-in value and car search in general. Had a routine oil change today and the service was very professional. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and I wasn't badgered to have additional services done. The technician explained all that was checked with the oil change. I had made an appointment and it really paid off. Easy peasy!

Had my cx5 checked yesterday and I had a great experience with the whole team. Clayton welcomed us and ushered us to the service area. Everyone is attentive with our needs, the receptionist even gave my 2yo son toys to keep him from getting bored. I highly recommend them and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Brought my 2021 Mazda CX 30 to Lunde's for a warning light inspection. Upon arriving at Lunde's I was greeted with a friendly and courteous Man who made feel like everything would be taken care of. They fixed the warning issue, plus an oil change and rotated the tires, in a timely manner. Was not impressed with the Man who handled the final part of the process. Instead of coming to the waiting room to get me, when my car was done, he called me and told me to come to the front of the building, Instead of saying the service desk. I then asked for clarification, he told me it's only 10 feet from the waiting room. I just went back to the service garage where I dropped my car off. I felt that the charges were reasonable, for what was done. When leaving , I started to back out of the garage door that I came in. Then service man motioned for me to drive forward out a different garage door. I wish he would have told me before I got in the car. Overall I was pleased with the service on my car.

I stopped at Lunde service center to change the oil on my Mazda initially on Wednesday and was surprised to find a long line at the drive in for oil change and a stall reserved for oil change reservations. It appeared that employees were attending to the car that had a reservation and that the other cars were left to wait. I left and came back on Thursday. I was greeted by an employee who took my information and notified me that a shuttle vehicle could drop me off and pick me up when the car was done. I took advantage of the service and was pleased with the work that was done. I can imagine how difficult it is to retain quality labor and am confident that Scott and his crew will work it out.
