Tried signing my kids up online for the DIY Workshop, filled out all the information and then the "Submit" button was still grayed out. Tried 5 times and on two different devices. Called the store they gave me the number to the customer service. Called them and they couldn't figure it out either. They suggested going into the store and letting them know what is going on and to try and sign up in person. Not about to drag my kids out for something like that. Looks like we will just stick to doing the Home Depot workshops. So much easier to navigate and can just walk in the day of with pre-registering. Just another reason I prefer Home Depot over Lowes, less complicated.

Lowe's in Fargo, ND, sets a remarkable standard for customer service. After a frustrating ordeal at Fleet Farm, attempting to purchase the CRAFTSMAN V20 2-Tool Power Tool Combo Kit, Lowe's was a breath of fresh air.Despite being a frequent shopper at Lowe's for various needs, this was my first online pickup, and it was flawless. Within an hour, my order was ready for pickup, and the confusion I had was swiftly resolved by their attentive staff.What truly impressed me was their proactive assistance—two employees approached me, guiding me effortlessly to the right place for pickup. Not only did I get what I intended to buy, but I also received a free 20-volt 4 Ah Lithium additional battery, a generous addition to an already pleasant experience.Lowe's, Fargo, ND, you've not just secured a customer; you've earned an advocate. I ordered a dishwasher online and paid for old one to be hauled away. It would not let me add installation to the order so I had to fill out a form and wait for someone to call me. They called the next day but said something about the purchase time being "out of their window." They offered to connect me to the person who could help. I got disconnected. I called the store and was transferred from the appliance department to "someone in installation" to someone in South Carolina and finally to the right person but they kept saying, "You forgot to purchase the installation?" and told me the only person that could help was not there. Then suddenly they appeared, did not talk to me personally but I could hear the conversation - "She forgot to purchase installation." I was then told I had to go online and CANCEL the order that was supposed to be delivered in two days and reorder with the installation added! At that point we decided to install it ourselves. Delivery - was asked if Saturday was okay. I told THREE different people that Saturday afternoon was fine but not the morning. Got a text that the dishwasher would be delivered in the morning. Fortunately for Lowes, I was sick so stayed home that morning. Dishwasher arrived at 7:45 - was supposed to be between 8 and noon. The man was nice but spoke little English - "It uninstall?" I said no. "Cannot uninstall." So the old dishwasher is still here. I will NEVER buy an appliance from Lowes again and hope to never buy anything, even a screw from them. Terrible customer service and all-around purchase.

My wife ordered a Christmas tree online. It was too large, so I returned it at the store. The cashier was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Very quick and was shopping in no time.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the Fargo Lowe’s for being DOG FRIENDLY. I have a high energy lab retriever mix at home and we frequent Lowe’s in the winter as a way to manage his energy. As a dog owner in a cold state it means a lot that stores like Lowe’s allow you to walk around with your pet especially since it gets cold and dark earlier in the evening. The workers last night also offered my pup some treats and I thought that was really cool. Keep up the good work!

I had rented a carpet cleaner (which was my first time ever doing so) and I asked the initial lady how to do everything and she explained it and was helpful. Then when it came time to return unfortunately lisa was the one who “helped” me. She very rudely told me she’s not taking it back cause it would be too much work for her. After dealing with her a bit more I’m sure majority of her job is too much work for her. I then tried calling management to ask questions since I couldn’t have a conversation with this horrible woman. She unfortunately answered the phone and proceeded to hang up on me 3 TIMES. After talking to a manager I brought it back in the next day and she was unfortunately there again and this time not only refused to help me, SHE REFUSED TO EVEN HELP HER COWORKERS. Lisa in customer service was the most Incompetent, useless, rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of having to even breathe the same air as. 10/10 recommend going to a different place instead of having to deal with this rude and horrible woman.

I bought a dishwasher from here the short older gentlemen sales rep is dismissive unless he's going to be making a sale. There are not a lot of options in Fargo so competitively they might want to put more effort into being friendly and more helpful! Home Depot was more than helpful so for the purchase of a washing machine that I needed asap. I also bought a new toilet from Home depot as well; again very helpful staff at Home Depot! All my upcoming remolding projects and appliances will be purchased through Home Depot moving forward!

Way to go!Went there after looking at competitors products and the reviews were off putting as the narrowed my search to Lowe's. Got what I needed without having to walk around aimlessly. Everyone was friendly and busy doing something. Superior products are the backbone to customer satisfaction and with money back garuntees I made a confident purchase. Thanks Fargo Lowe's ?

Shout out to the great lumber crew that unloaded me today. Forklift operator and supervisor. I notified them I was running behind schedule, they got right to unloading my semi which in turns allows me to make my pickup appointment this afternoon to then head to the east coast. Otherwise I would have been 3 days late for delivery.
