I encountered a rude individual who should definitely not be working in customer service/retail. I purchased a vape that didnt work that was on sale and when i was doing the exchange for one that was also printed on the sheet of ones on sale, PLUS had the same ticket price sticker on the box, the associate made me pay full price. When i requested to get a copy of the original receipt, as im returning tomorrow when a manager is available, he refused and told me to leave the store. Unbelievably unprofessional. I will never be returning to this location, except obviously to speak to the manager.

I appreciate this loaf n jug so much! Last night my brother ran out of gas and I had to frantically drive around trying to find a place open to buy a gas can. I was disheveled, tired and stressed the heck out; the clerk saw me struggling and desperately holding the gas can and asked the guy in front of me in line if he could check me out first and the guy in front of me in line agreed. I’m sure it sounds silly but it meant a lot when I was really freaking out. Your cashier is a very kind person and I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name to put in the review. It was a moment of kindness that a seriously needed and GREATLY appreciate.

This is really the only gas station that straight lies about their hours. They are 24hrs whenever they want and open whenever they want. I went here one time at 7AM and they still weren’t open?? Honestly F the entire land this store sits on and especially the corporation.

Supposed to be 24 hrs, right? I mean it's almost 2 am. I walked all the way here, to get some milk and food for my daughter in the morning. This is disappointing! The sign left on the door even says, "will return at 135am I've Been here since then!!! Fix your store please!?

A group of me and my friends stopped here to fill up on gas and get some snacks on a long trip. We waited around for one of us to get out of the bathroom, after getting gas, bought our stuff and headed for the door. While we were heading for the door, an employee came from the back of the station and accused us of being thieves and kicked us out. The other employee (Jeremy) who checked us out at the register was a really nice guy and should definitely get a raise for putting up with this. If the company reads this, please fire the guy who was working with Jeremy on Wednesday February 28 at 6:20 p.m. and GIVE JEREMY A RAISE!

Went on days that said they were open and then employee had left to run somewhere and closed the store.

Not good, dirty, Pumps are always out of paper, manager is completely incompetent as far as keeping the place up, I will not spend any money there anymore!

As a loyal loaf n jug customer this is disappointing.: unprofessional. terrible customer service - had to leave my car here for one day (24 hrs) when leaving town for an emergency. came back to my car having been towed and the manager stating “she doesn’t need any signage posted regarding parking - she can tow whoever she wants” when asked why it was towed. will not ever stop or shop here again.

Tonight was my last night as a customer. I'm sick of being harassed by the cashier for being a smoker. I thought gas stations were supposed to sell cigarettes not shame you for buying them.
