Hello, my name is Maria and I visited Lentcrafter in Fargo ND and I can say that the service provided in this place is super good, the attention, the charisma and the effort they make to make their clients feel comfortable. I love it. I was served by 2 incredible people. women, one of them is called Sara, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the other girl but they are both incredible. I was also able to observe the behavior of the rest of the customer service group and they are also incredible. Congratulations to everyone and thank you very much, I am very satisfied, thank you! ☺️

Amazing staff! Very kind and knowledgeable. Sarah and Logan helped me with not feeling overwhelmed with the large selection they have available. I really appreciated that they work well together to help pick up where the other left off seamlessly. I was quickly seen for my eye exam the following day. They were also kind to my little one and very patient with us. I will be continuing my exams and looking forward to the progress they have. I also am happy with the adjustment made to my frames to sit properly on my face. Thank you to Logan and Rhiannon! I highly recommend you get your eyeglass protection they offer before you leave the store to ensure coverage on your frames and lenses. Especially if you have little ones or pets at home!!

I came in because my nose pieces on both my Armani Exchange glasses needed adjustment. Sarah not only replaced the nose pads but adjusted them until it was comfortable and how I preferred. Thank you Sarah! Her custo.er service skills are a 10!

The employees that helped me with top-notch, very professional and helpful and provided their input when I asked for it. They explained the options well and the store had a large selection of glasses. Great experience overall.

Went in to get an adjustment on 5/20. I didn’t catch the woman’s name but she was older she was very passive aggressive and almost cocky when we told her what was wrong with the glasses she was getting visibly frustrated we have been here for over an hour and she is still very rude. Very disappointed with her

Stopped in for an eye exam, had a fun and bubbly time talking with Katie and Cyndal while we picked out frames and lens. Was extremely helpful with all questions as well as helping with choosing styles of frames. Highly recommend.
