I work in a Corporate office and this is our toner provider. I just wanted to leave a nice yelp review because Nick, whom I believe is the manager or owner, is SO helpful. He is a pleasure to work with. When I was new to this job he explained all of the toner stuff to me as I knew nothing about it. He continues to go the extra mile if any of my stores make mistakes with orders, or if we need information on new products. The toner is very competitively priced. We are always looking for the best deal, and that is what we get here. 5/5 customer service 5/5 prices 5/5 speed and accuracy of delivery Great place, highly recommend.

I ordered 2 toner cartridges a few months ago -- the first one went quicker than I thought it should have so I took note when installing the second one. Sure enough it turns out I get about 600 sheets printed or just shy of that mark. Not sure but when I ordered these I think they were advertised as high yield but either way too light on yield. FWIW, have had this problemwith other toner stores last 2 years... hopefully this is not a bad trend in the industry now
