I went shopping at Kohl's with my 12 year old granddaughter yesterday. We had been at Target and they had nothing in clothes that she could or would wear. Kohl;s had a wonderful section of clothes for her to choose! Big variety and many sizes. The store was really neat and tidy. I was very impressed.

I have got a credit of $50.00, to be used by the end of the week. We live over 100 miles away from Fargo or Brainerd. How does this work to use it, can you shop on line, or would you give me more time to shop and get my Money?

Was buying a 6x9 outdoor rug. Had to move rugs around to get to mine. Center cardboard fell out of other rugs in holder. Hard to move. Had to put it in the stroller cart to get it to the register. Got to register and it was self check out only. I had, a discount plus Kohl’s cash and register would not accept my Kohl’s cash. It wasn’t until I asked for help that I got any acknowledgment. The only reason I trekked to store is because online said it wasn’t available. Though store told me it was available Got my rug. Hooray???? You guys are better than this!

I called to inquire about a certain cologne. Tg blady on the phone told me they didn't carry it in store. And instead of dismissing me she went thru the process of how and where I could get it. I was very appreciative of the info. I have always liked kohls in rapid City. Staff is helpful,the store is clean and well stocked. There is a very nice variety of quality and price.

Went in to get some clothes for a funeral. Let the wife check out while i pulled the car up since she was pregnant at the time. The lady at the check up held my wife up for 10 minutes trying to get her to sign up for some kohls program. She refused to check us out unless we signed up for the program. Not going there again. Waste of time and disrespectful
