I had to get a software update to insure the van I did not even know there was an update. I should of got something in the mail or a phone call about it but nothing came. Do better KIA.The shop did an amazing job Fargo has a good KIA. Because of this you got 3 stars and because you dropped the ball on my update I did not give you anymore stars then 3.

Got my car scheduled today for a defect and an oil change. Service was great and when I picked up my car, it was even washed!! I have been to several other dealerships in town and none of them washed my car for me. Thanks for going above and beyond Kia of Fargo!!

Always very good service. But it takes a week to get an appointment. Today I had an oil change & the wrong 'window' was left open on my steering screen. It took me at least 5 min to figure out how to get it back to showing the mileage. It would be nice not to have to do that.

Kia of Fargo goes above and beyond to make you feel like a priority. In-depth inspections during an oil change, and unlike other dealership mechanics I’ve dealt with, they genuinely seem like trustworthy experts on the cars they work on (I have a Kia K5 which could be a factor). Plus, they’re very friendly and both times I’ve gone here they gave me a free car wash token. Keep it up, team! Quickly making a loyal customer.

Service was great! Waiting area was great, the employees when getting coffee even offered to serve us a cup of coffee or get us a bottle of water. Not sure what people were complaining about on some of the reviews of bad service because I had a great experience from check in all they way through until leaving! Only thing I was a little disappointed in was there was oil shoe prints on my carpet rug in my driver's side rug which my car now smells like engine oil. But definitely will use Kia of Fargo in the Future.

Recall repair went very quick, but diagnostic testing took a long time, then didn't have the part to fix the issues, I am 3 hours away from home, so I took my car back home to be fixed by a private mechanic who has the parts and it will be fixed within the week. You guys need a another Kia dealership between Fargo and Sioux Falls, I love my Kia but I will not buy another because of being to far to travel to do recalls or repairs. The counter needs to update people on what is going on with their cars once you take them to repair shop. I know a lady waiting for at least 3 hours and no one came to talk to her. And as for me after 2 plus hours of waiting I went to ask about my car.

15/10 customer service!!! Amazing from start to finish ?. Miguel and the finance guy were both very kind and helpful with any questions/concerns. It was also amazing that our only concern, which was brought up by another customer, was resolved and payed for by Kia of Fargo. Miguel didn't have to mention it, but I'm greatly appreciative that he did. I know where I'm getting my next car, but hopefully it'll be a while. I was headed to another dealership, but very thankful that I started here. Only needed to test drive 1 car and loved it, so I ended up purchasing that car. It ticked all the right boxes and more. Added bonus it was in my price range ?.

Had such a wonderful experience with Trevor! He took all of my needs and interests into consideration while we test drove the cars I was considering. He was very knowledgeable of all 3 and in the end I drove away very happy in my new car because of him! It was such a smooth experience and I will definitely go back again when I am looking for another car!

Just bought my new Sonata Hybrid here, worked with Cody who was pretty knowledgeable and down to earth. He didn't use high pressure sales tactics, and we were able to get a good price for our trade in. I was able to have them service the vehicle, top off all the fluids and detail it before we took it home, which was great. Only snag we had was through financing, we didn't go with their loan (found better rates elsewhere), and they made us wait to get the car until the money cleared their account, which is fine. We had issues communicating with the finance team though- they made a mistake on the finance paperwork which led to delays, but getting them to fix it was a bit difficult since they were constantly busy with other customers.

Hand to heart, the best car buying experience ever. Beth coordinated everything so well. Mike was amazing, from helping us order and through delivery. Kelsey was great and thorough in explaining all the products, and vehicle warranty! Overall, folks at KOF were a super helpful, very knowledgeable, and no pressure. I’ll only ever buy a Kia from this team.

First, my husband bought a vehicle from Mike and had a GREAT experience. Mike is truly a car guy who knows his stuff and he's honest and fun! The staff of KIA OF FARGO and Mike have been SO good throughout our experience that we went and bought my SUV from them as well. Highly recommend!

Love this dealership! Never had any issues they are great with communication and customer service they have you in and out even with out an appointment. I did notice on my recent paperwork it says my check engine light is on which it isn't must have been a mistake but I'm sure when I call them Monday morning they will help me out! This place rocks you won't be disappointed

Everyone was great. Very friendly very helpful. Miguel made sure I knew how to work the phone before we left. They got our car in fast to get it cleaned up and a recall done. Great service!

The staff and work completed is definitely 5 stars. The only frustration was the miscommunication among the staff about the completion of my service. I had to call 3x, and it was always, "I'm not sure. We'll call you back," but they didn't until I called back. The initial timeline to complete the work was 1.30 pm (same day of dropping off at 8 am), and by 3 pm, I still didn't have a phone call. They ended up keeping my vehicle overnight, and it wasn't done until noon the next day, so that was frustrating. Not a huge deal, but clear communication on how long it was going to take would have been preferred. This would have allowed me to plan for not having a vehicle instead of having to scramble. Aside from that, I would definitely return there for service.
