“Wow! The Sparklight technician, Zachary Wagner, was so impressive. He was so knowledgeable and skilled in making sure our internet and WiFi was set up most effectively. He was a great communicator, providing clear explanations and illustrations of what he was doing and making sure we understood the system and how to check on our connections and sdd items as necessary. He volunteered to make sure the items we had on the network were connected properly and working well. He asked for any questions or concerns we had and patiently answered each one. As he was interacting with me I kept thinking this man is really a great representative for this company, Spatklight must be an amazing company”

We had a genuine and friendly conversation for almost an hour all while him and Ish managed other customers needs. He even managed to get us a good deal on the new iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
