Laadyn from West Acres Mall T-Mobile is the greatest salesperson I have ever seen. Laadyn drew my friends and I in (who had absolutely no intentions of buying anything) with the sensational music he was playing. We had a genuine and friendly conversation for almost an hour all while him and Ish managed other customers needs. He even managed to get us a good deal on the new iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. If I could leave 100 Stars for Laadyn, I would.”

“Wow! The Sparklight technician, Zachary Wagner, was so impressive. He was so knowledgeable and skilled in making sure our internet and WiFi was set up most effectively. He was a great communicator, providing clear explanations and illustrations of what he was doing and making sure we understood the system and how to check on our connections and sdd items as necessary. He volunteered to make sure the items we had on the network were connected properly and working well. He asked for any questions or concerns we had and patiently answered each one. As he was interacting with me I kept thinking this man is really a great representative for this company, Spatklight must be an amazing company”

“Cassidy helped me today!! She was amazing, listened to everything I asked and helped out tremendously. She made a stressful situation much better, and made sure I left happy and with a phone that works for me! And is protected. She is an incredible asset to Verizon and I was grateful for the experience. She had a trainee, Hassan with her today, and he was a joy to work with as well.
