Was working together with this company to find a sign that I felt was a good fit for a temporary commercial space for my business as we get into a permanent location. Produced a beautiful original design very quickly. After asking for a different design as we did not see the point in spending 10k for a sign that we may not be able to use at our new location communication was discontinued. Time wasted and we had to go elsewhere. Very frustrating experience. Especially when I had full intention and made the designer aware that his original sign is what I would want created in 2024.

My husband recently asked Indigo Signworks to print a banner for his parents' 40th wedding anniversary party, for which we would have to travel about 4 hours west. As the date approached, there was a snowstorm warning that covered the entire route we'd need to take, so we had to cancel. We left a message with Indigo and let them know of the situation, assuring them that we would pay any design or printing fees we had accrued -- but they called back and decided not charge us anything. That's going well above and beyond for customer service, since they had already spent time designing our banner. We may not be able to make it to the 40th party, but I know what company we will be using for their 50th :)
