I had a really good experience with 1-29. They were the only company that was willing and able to tow my car from an underground garage. Customer service was great and I really appreciated that they called after my car was fixed to check on my vehicle’s performance.

Was about to be stranded with a car that wouldn’t start and no way home before Christmas. These guys were stellar at providing me service during one of the worst winter storms where every other tow and auto place was booked and charging absurd prices. They were able to tow me for under $70 and replaced my battery for a very reasonable price. Thanks to them, I’ll be home for Christmas.
