Overall experience was terrible I tried to call the 19th Ave North office in Fargo with no answer several times, when I went to file my taxes the tax agent seemed distracted with other things that were going on in the office that day instead of being more attentive to helping me file my taxes. And now I am trying to figure out what the status of my tax return is and nobody can help me it’s like I didn’t even file with them. Very frustrating experience will certainly not use them again.

Don't use this office. The tax preparer put the wrong occupation, and didn't connect my HR block account with my taxes or emerald card so I have NO way to access my tax files online, NO advance because the person never applied that for me so was lazy or lied or doesn't know how to do their job, and NO way of using me emerald card online since there's nothing connected. All I got was Sorry. But there's no resolution.
Zero stars if I could. Never using this company again. Plus they charge 200 dollars letting others know.

Made an appointment and waiting 20 minutes past my appointment and asked how much longer it would be. I was told another 15 minutes. We make appointments and take time off work for a reason, we set aside that time because we had an APPOINTMENT. You lost my business after many years. If you are running that late, call your CUSTOMER!

I went to do my 2019 and 2020 taxes and he forgot to do my 2019 return even though my w-2 s were right in front of him. So he had to go back and change my 2020. It's now been 3 months since I've heard anything and I cant get any answers. Then they have an old lady answer the phones and tries to answer questions and she has no clue what's going on. On top if it all I had to pay $450
