I had a lunch break and went to the deli. Everyone was super nice and friendly and extra helpful. The value of the food with the price for the lunch was totally worth it.

Went through checkout yesterday and got scolded by a elderly man who was checking out my groceries. He got mad and started lecturing me how I need to tell him how I was paying for my groceries after I had told him,! Lol what!?!? I'm confused! Anyway he called manager over to tell the manager I was saying profound language at him. I told him to shut up and do his job and he didn't like that. Times like this I do appreciate self checkouts ? by the way this is the second time Ive been yelled at by this same man of all things! Good help is hard to find. I'll never ever go through that man again and I told him so! People like this will hurt your business, not help it. Good grief

This is the closest grocery store to where I live so I’m going to continue going however, they just got new doors. They are not wide enough for two people to go through at once if either of them have a cart. The old two door system allowed people coming and going at the same time.

I went there the other day, and bought some buns from the bakery, which used to be so good. The buns were horrible, They were not there light fluffy buns. They must’ve change the recipe. Unfortunate. Just one more thing I won’t buy at the store. The list is getting smaller since they changed ownership. It looks nice but it’s quality is poor and please don’t leave me a message saying to call me because I won’t. We know that you won’t change anything back just keep lining your pockets. Used Hornbachers Osgood for cupcakes for my wedding - great choice, just had to call and let them know what I wanted, date, pickup time. I later needed to add more and they did so graciously. Very tasty, would recommend their bakery!

This store used to be great, but lately pretty bad. Bought a loaf of bread that was moldy after 2 days, cod that was expensive but had a strong ammonia odor so we knew was bad, today just opened a 3 lb bag of bacon, bought 2 days ago 24$. and it's already gone bad. Dating was fine on everything. So maybe not being stored/ shipped correctly, maybe dates not correct, either way sucks when everything is so expensive.

It's hard for me to give this rating as I love Hornbachers, but the new pricing labels at the Osgood store are terrible. I can't read the labels, I can't visually scan the aisles to see what's on sale, I can't even read the labels in the deli case. I've been back 3 days in a row, and it's just clutter and not helpful at all. I've been a loyal customer since this location opened, and I have recognized many changes since the sale of this family owned business to corporate and more changes, and new owners, but this change is just disruptive.Other changes I'm not a fan of as I might as well keep going... ?The meat department lost their slicer a few years ago, and I regularly overhear customers make requests.The exterior aisles are cluttered with pallets and displays, which makes it difficult to maneuver the carts.The shelf could be bare, but granted, there's a pallet or end cap somewhere that's fully stocked that I notice on my way out or the next day. Please make sure the primary shelf is well stocked too!The deli recently moved around a lot of products in their center cases, but why not make use of the old salad bar and reorganize this entire department so it makes sense. It needs another reset.I can't reach the top shelf when product is pushed to the very back.I'm not a negative person, so I'll end this with something positive. The associates are top-notch. From produce to deli, meat department and grocery to frozen and dairy, to the cashiers and baggers, supervisors and managers, it's the people who make Hornbachers an enjoyable store to shop. I appreciate all of you.
