Everyone I dealt with was polite and efficient. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed the installation of the needed part in about half the time I expected. It was a positive experience, and I will happily do business with them again.

I was very happy with the technician who was very knowledgeable. He added a speed control which made the fireplace blower much quieter.
