Person at counter never spoke just scanned items and looked at me to swipe card. Didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt and walked away. Retailers wake up and train your employees customer service. Pathetic

Idk how many people actually read these reviews, but I wanted to thank the attendant for her generous supply of bandaids from the first aid kid. I had a huge gash from hitting my head, and was able to tape it closed. When I sought medical attention this morning, I only need two stitches. Sometimes I wonder, how little things like this act of generosity are needed more often. Thank you.

This is probably my favorite gas station in Fargo. It's very clean and the staff are super nice. I recommend the iced coffee!

Two stars only because it is a nice store and I like the car wash. There are items in the store that are priced wrong in the system. They ring up higher than the price on the shelf. So I have to tell the cashiers every time and they have to override the price. No effort to write down a note and correct it to prevent it happening to others! I called out an item tonight that rang up wrong. So I told the cashier and he didn’t seem to believe me. After giving a bit of an attitude, he changed the price. No Customer deserves to feel like a criminal or be treated rudely for telling a cashier the price is wrong!

Tried to charge me double the price on certain items and when I called they out on it. They tried to argue with me. Would even good look at the sign. Only thing they said was they couldn't change the price. Which should not happen in any store

Pumps are always out of paper. Pay at the pump is useless if I still have to come in, and stand in line, to get my receipt and/or car wash code.

I use E85 for my suv and it can be found but not at this location, some of the other locations have it. It can be a challenge finding those stations (holiday station stores) that carry it. Trival maybe but has some merit. ?

Employees were rude. Shw snarled at me when I told her I had already re-enrolled in sip and save 2 days prior. I went out to my car and got the receipt and proof of purchase. No apology.

Top 3 in regards to my favorite gas stations in Fargo/Moorhead. Always clean and has all the basics needed. The hot food supply is limited, but there’s plenty of fast food places around this location.

Witnessed a cashier yell at a customer unprovoked! The cashier rang up the wrong lottery ticket for this woman, and when the woman said it was the wrong ticket (in a calm non threating voice) the cashier started yelling and cussing at the customer saying that she didn't make a mistake and that she asked her if that was the right one before she rang it up. She threatened to call the cops on the customer. Can't say will be going to this station ever again if this is how they treat their customers. This happened yesterday 4/8/2021 around 8:30am.
