Please for the fix the dryers on the touch free wash. I have been saying something to the inside staff for at least a year now. Top one does not even point down at the car points to the south and doesn't move. The one on the left hardly moves up and down. Either have the company the you use to maintain it fix it or just put a new car wash in and run it down to nothing like this one.

Cashier was very rude also accused me and my husband of stealing I would suggest passing this store up.

Quick in and out on the main drive thru town! Impressive station inside and out! They get busy with minutes, and an early exit may take a bit! It's well worth the stop! The exterior and gas pumps are state of the art and well maintained! The interior has anything and everything to offer and nicely arranged! Whether it's a morning meal or a late night snack, you're covered! Impressive chain! A true asset to the area!

Loved their car wash... but the last 2 times I got the car wash at the pump when filling gas, then when I went over to the car wash and entered the code it said it was invalid. Both times I ended up using my card to pay for the car wash again, at the entrance. I will NEVER use their car wash again since I had to pay double the last 2 times! That's ridiculous!

Not the easiest Holiday to get to or friendliest! I think the Moorhead / Dilworth Holiday right off the freeway has nicer and more helpful employees that take pride in the stores appearance. This Holiday tends to have homeless people begging outside it's doors the few times I stop at this location. I have been approached the last 3 times within 2 months and I am from out of town. I was told by an employee that one of the guys was a regular who often hit up patrons for money. I am cautious and this makes me feelUnsafe when I go to this location especially with the new remodeling that seems to isolate the employees from the entrance leaving certain blind spots and potentially an area of danger for both customers and employees which you would hope the owner addresses before something happens. Also, the employee standards of appearance are lacking but what do you expect if anything goes at this location. Also, soda fountains are often not stocked, out of diet Coke and other big name favorites. Women's Bathroom are always unkept, has odd odors and half the locks are broken on bathroom doors making you feel unsafe if you have to use with terrible lighting. Not sure how much was paid for this remodel that took most of last year but nothing really was improved or made aesthetically pleasing.I was thrilled to hear Circle K bought Holiday since it brought a nostalgic feeling. But, I hope it wasn't the buyout and Circle K at this location to cause it to go so wrong. Could it be the hotel residents next to this location that cause remote vagrant folks to conglomerate at this specific Holiday because of convenience factors?Why do the employees allow loitering on the property to actual paying customers causing an unpleasant and unsafe experience and doesn't it bother themselves or make them feel unsafe as well? Why hasn't management addressed this issue?The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is that I actually like the fountain soda flavor when it works at the location but gas prices are fitting and comparable to the one right across the street with no real competition.

Whoever the young man is with the long hair in the glasses, he is the rudest person ever I came in there were no creamers. He got the hollering at me, went to get creamer, slammed it on the counter you know what that is so disrespectful, and then he hollered at me in front of customers then the customers is telling him he needs to be more respectable customer service Needs to come out tremendously in this young man or he needs to Find another job, so I cannot even get any coffee. He’s slamming creamers down telling me I need to go get a life. He needs a life. I am a general manager and he is so disrespectful. And he’s talking about me behind my back to custom Like I’m a rude, black woman. Somethings wrong with him. He needs to go very, very disrespectful. Second time around, he kept playing with the machine I could not even use my credit card, but yet I wait for someone else to come through I know I have money on my card way more money on my card For my stuff but that’s OK Continue having disrespectful people

Very disgusted with this location and the person that’s working here I paid for the top wash I bought over $100 in fuel and when I came out my vehicle was dirty on the sides in the front and I went in and told the employee and showed them how dirty it was and asked if I could run it through again and they said no that I could use the squeegee to clean my windows that is unacceptable customer service,, Saturday morning at 4:37 AM

The customer service here is non existent. I will never go here again. Counter staff left me mid checkout to chat on the phone for 5 minutes leaving me and several other customers without anyone to help us checkout. Then she was rude when she finally came back tk the counter. Worst gas station experience ever

People are always friendly. The place is always well stocked and clean compared to other places I've seen.And compared to another company across the street, their customer service is outstanding.Keep up the good work.
