After a very restless and horrible stay at another hotel, Ashlee was incredibly helpful.She was quick to find me a hotel and offer me a great deal on a room.She was friendly and accommodating and it made check in a breeze!The room was clean! The continental breakfast was superb. Staff was friendly.I knew I should have booked her the first time!Only reason for the less than 1 star rating for the room is there was a tile was lifting and in a place that could be dangerous if someone used the bathroom In the dark or was unaware.Otherwise highly recommend staying here!

Very nice room for the price there was a pool which we did not use. The room included a buffet style breakfast. There was a very nice table underneath the desk which was perfect which we use for wrapping presents but it would otherwise be very useful for games etc...

Rooms were extremely loud on the 4th floor. The night attendant was very helpful in trying to find a quiet room but it took 4 tries. I opened the filtration system to inspect the filters and all the rooms I tried had a thick coating of dust. I tried reaching out to management multiple times and have yet to receive a call back.Rooms: Loud and poor air quality

Friendly staff rooms and pool area are in need of some good cleaning. Hot tub full of sand . Breakfast and lobby area well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and fully stocked. Had a problem with the hide a bed in our room but the front desk was super helpful and switched our room with no problems.Rooms: In need of some good cleaningFood & drinks: Great food and hot and well stocked

Don't count on your room being available even with reservation and being an IHG member. Upon arrival we found out our room was cancelled without contacting us, and on top of it, the rooms were sold out. I had not cancelled it myself. The front desk person was very apologetic, and was new, and said they'd talk to their manager. I sent in a case to IHG. They told me I'd be contacted in 48 hours. Over 2 weeks and nothing.

Everything about this hotel was great: from the customer service to the care given to the cleanliness of the rooms… it is clear this hotel is out to serve.The pool area was fantastic: the kids loved the slide and the heated indoor pool.The hot tub was perfectly hot.Breakfast was plentiful- every day: omelettes, egg white veggie omelettes, sausage one day, bacon the next. Very clean and well maintained!

Holiday Inn Express located in Fargo, North Dakota is a really good hotel. The rooms are really nice. The included breakfast is also very good. Everything was clean and smells good. The only negative is the rooms were overpriced for Labor Day weekend.

I wish I had taken some photos of the place, because it was beautiful and well kept! There's a little shop beside the front desk where you can buy food, medicine, or some toys for kids. The pool looked awesome, and I was so excited to swim in it (one of the main reasons I booked in the first place), but due to the concert last night, we hadn't been able to (and having migraines). Anyways, loved this hotel! The breakfast was amazing (so many choices), and the staff were very friendly (so were the hotel guests).The only complaints I have (which aren't major, nor a big deal) are the fact that the fans in the room are very quiet and our bathroom smelled a bit musty.However, I'm not real picky. I'd recommend and I'd definitely go there again myself! It also helps it's near gas stations and a mcdonalds! Thanks!Rooms: Need more towels and wash cloths in rooms, but not a big deal, as staff is very friendly, quick, and willing to help!Nearby activities: The Red River ZooSafety: Everything is clean, elevators have emergency buttons to call for help, and there's fire exits (and staircases).Walkability: SpaciousFood & drinks: Amazing breakfast! One of the best!Noteworthy details: Amazing breakfast, very nice pool!

I checked into the hotel after a delay in traveling and the majority of the staff was very friendly; there were some staff that couldn't care less if you were there or not to be honest. The reason for the one star is this. When I checked out and took a look at my credit card charges, there were two charges made to my card that did not show up on my receipt. In calling the hotel multiple times and even emailing their owner, I still never heard what the charges were for and their owner never once responded to my contact/email inquiry. My credit card company is now researching this as fraud, but still, it's not a great feeling when you can't find out why you're charged something you shouldn't have been, the company has no answers and doesn't even bother returning any emails. Always verify your charges here and double check your credit card statement.

Don't stay here if you intend to use any sort of console like a switch or playstation, you will not be able to connect to internet. The rooms are decent, the TVs are in a locked setting that makes them so poorly lit you can't see anything. I would recommend trying a different hotel nearby if you intend on using any of the amenities you're paying for.

The facility and location are above standard compared to most Holiday inn's. We were told that breakfast was served @0630. This worked perfectly for our schedule. Not once was it ready by that time. The food service person was rude when asked questions, and half way through prep (late) decided to go on a smoke break despite nearly 15 people waiting for breakfast. We checked the to see if this changed for the upcoming days of our stay but it didn't. Skip breakfast and it's a great place to stay!

My wife, kids, and I spent the night here after travelling quite a distance. We had a reservation at the Baymont Inn (jump over there for a review) but refused to stay. To our surprise Fargo was booked solid. We contacted this location and a wonderful receptionist named Rochelle managed to find one available room that was marked incorrectly as booked. If it hadn’t been for the kindness and determination of this hard working young lady we would have been on the streets of Fargo for the night. Great work Rochelle and thanks again for the help!

I do like this hotel. This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. However, not being allowed services for $200 a night is unacceptable. I was told at check-in that services were available upon request. Then one morning one of the housekeepers told me we couldn't have it because they were too busy. If you are down employees, why is it $50 more a night than it was 2 years ago? Why am I paying so much for a hotel where I have to take out my own trash? America is in trouble. We have to pay more for way less!!!!

Can I please give a lower rating? This has been my family's go to hotel for little simple getaways as a family but our stay 27 March 2021 is horrific. The pool area was claimed by a birthday group for 3+ hours, unattended children were jumping into the hot tub and splashing everyone inside, two of the unattended kids constantly ran into me and tried getting my son to join in what they were doing. After having the one kid run into my leg for the 10th time I was fed up and with a bad right knee from years of military service i exited in a great deal of pain while they continued splashing, jumping in, and throwing toys inside, and all of this was after an hour wait to get in the hot tub as one part of the party turned it into a kiddie pool after the actual kiddie pool was pooped in.The front desk was a little help as they were going to kick the kids out but that was all we really got...oh yeah outside of something free from the pantry if we wanted something.
