Got a shake there last week. There were little beard hairs in my straw every time I took a sip. I am a female so I know they weren't mine. I gag every time I think about it now. Good shakes but not that time.

staff was so kind!!! so knowledgeable about what i was looking for, and helped me find the perfect selection to pair with my everyday life to help me achieve my goals. pricing was reasonable, especially paired with the Ill Ego (formerly MetroFlex) membership discount i was too busy enjoying the shake that i forgot to take a pic of it until i was already half way through.

I come here for protein shake. They have it in large containers that are about equal to 3 of the normal large size you find in grocery stores. This time I got strawberry banana flavor and the guy working there had samples ready so I could taste it first. This is my new favorite. The cost was about 75 bucks which is very good. They have a lot of other stuff that I haven't checked out yet. This is a great place.

they have everything you need in terms of health options, exercise supplements, and programs. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. For the first time ever, I didn't feel like somebody was attempting to trick me. They are very sincere and honest individuals. Eric Sweeney, with whom I've worked(trained me), suggested that I stop by and try their Alpha Protein Shakes. Wow y’all need to try them.Highly recommended, stop here and give them them a try

I give a store like this a low review because of no protections from the Covid except hand sanitizer. I had my mask on but the employees of the store weren't wearing one and I thought it was just a fluke but 3 customers in a row while there didn't wear a mask. Also no sign in the door saying you had too
