Do not go here Rude and disrespectful. Bad customer service I had an appointment at 10 am showed up at 9:50 am 10 mins early computer wasn't working they sat me in the lobby for over an hour saying they were restarting the computer the only reason I stayed was because I needed to get fingerprints for my job which takes only a couple mins I was on break for work so I definitely was late off my break never came to.the lobby to check on me or give me an explanation weren't even considerate enough to apologize and then after I sat an hour and 25 mins tell me they can't do it.

These guys are awesome. One stop shop in downtown Fargo for the big three shipping companies (USPS, UPS, & FEDEX) and other helpful services like notary, phone repair, etc. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Goin' Postal has fixed my iphone twice now! WAY more affordable than Apple and quick and easy! Both times my phone has worked like new. I am so thankful to have this place in town!

I needed a document notarized. Being that I'm from out of state, I didn't know where to go. I googled notary. The employees here were very professional and helpful. I also went back the next day to mail some items. Will definitely use this business for the rest of my visit.

Friendly staff and helpful. Only complaint is that I had a package unknowingly shipped to them and I was charged a holding fee. I was informed that my fee should've been $10 more because it was stored for nearly three weeks. My phone number was front and center on the extremely small package that really didn't hog up much real estate in their shop. It had a large question mark drawn on it. Had someone called me (knowing that I didn't rent a box at their location) I would've been able to pick it up sooner.

Goin Postal downtown is incredibly convenient & friendly. I have brought in many oddly shaped items to ship & the staff have always helped me to figure out the cheapest way to ship my items, plus they package them up safely for shipping for a reasonable fee. Truly great customer service and beats waiting in line at the post office any day.

Absolutely love working with Matt & Lindsey for all my shipping needs and it's also very convenient to have them nearby when I need a greeting card, some chocolate or just a diet coke. I purchased some one of a kind gifts here for Christmas and they were a hit.

Since I recently discovered Goin' Postal I can happily say that I rarely have to go to a post office anymore. You can ship with multiple carriers, so you can compare rates and services. They also have a lot of cool retail items for sale, and a great printing service. Very happy to have them in the neighborhood.
