This is an update to a previously written review:After writing my review, Brent reached out to me stating that we would be receiving a refund due to the incident that happened as a way to help make it right. He said he would find out the refund amount and get back to me the next day. He did not call me back. I was asked to take the review down.I called Aaction Movers about a week and half later to follow up in regards to the refund as it had yet to show up on my credit card. She told me she would check with Brent as he was the contact person and get back to me. I still have not heard anything and it has been over a week and the refund has still not shown up on my card. The customer service is very poor!

This is the second time we have used a go-mini pod. We were moving homes and wanted the flexibility to load as we were able. We had a great experience the first time and were happy to be a repeat customer. However, this time was vastly different.I called multiple times to get the pod reserved and a drop off date confirmed. Each time I called, I was told I would receive a phone call back shortly confirming a date/time. I finally had to say I was going to take my business elsewhere before I was able to secure date. Then I was told they would deliver it in the morning, however, it was not dropped off til mid afternoon. The delivery driver said he was not made aware that it was supposed to be dropped off in the morning.The transfer to the new location went great. The date/time of the transfer went as requested.As we were unloading the pod at our new home and people were inside the pod, it began to roll away. It rolled down our driveway, blocking the sidewalk. Fortunately, no one was injured. It could have ended very badly. I called immediately, stated what had happened and requested it be picked up ASAP. We continued to unload and the pod rolled down our driveway a few more times. It was almost on the street. Again, fortunately no one was injured and nothing damaged. It took multiple phone calls (3+) to get someone there to pick up the pod. We had to rush to get it unloaded as it was a safety concern. We were supposed to be able to have the pod for 30 days as you pay for a month, but due to the pod not being secured properly, we had it less than 2 weeks.I have called the company a few times since the incident to see what can be done to make things right and I feel like I keep getting the run around.

Save your money - moving is stressful enough without having to add this on top of it, there are other options available.Dropped the pod off a day late after several calls, took them 2.5 weeks to pick it up after I was done with it. Never returned any call I made.Left several messages during those weeks to come pick up the container since It was blocking my garage entry - never got a call back, finally just left a message with AAction Movers to come get the pod - since they are the same business phone. and it was finally picked up 2 days laterLeft a huge spot (and I mean large) of what looks like power steering fluid or oil down the driveway - can't imagine that truck gets very far with how much that lost just in the time it took to put the empty pod on the truck.This sounds like a great idea - find something else.

Called March 25 and talked with Brent (?). He was very responsive and took down all the information. I shared I needed to talk with my husband and we would be in touch early next week. I called Tuesday March 29 and talk to him again and shared we were ready to book. He took all my information again, said I would get a link to my email and that’s how to get things rolling. He says if I don’t get an email to give him a call back. Sure enough, I wait an hour and I don’t have an email. I call back and leave a message sharing a 2nd email that’s easier and shorter thinking maybe there was a miscommunication. No response. Call Thursday the 31st, leave another message. No response. My husband called on April 1 and gets ahold of him. He tells my husband that he might not have any available and he’ll call back in the afternoon. Did we get a call back? Nope! Called April 4 again, left another message and still no reply. Hard way to do business! Not surprised by the awful reviews.

Called last Wednesday to get information on a mini. Left a message with number to return my call. It has now been 5 days with no response. Would I’d used the service had it been available or if someone answered the phone.

Fantastic. Couldn't have worked out any better. Driver was great to work with on timing drop off and pick up. Thanks again. Worth every penny.

They dropped their huge storage box in the handicap parking spots and drove off, blocking the area for handicap clients at our building. Train your drivers better.Update: An hour later they finally came back and moved it plus they called to apologise. Thanks for responding, but doing that in the first place was blindingly d**** guys. Bumped the review to 3 stars instead of 1.
