Got caught mid-trip between Mpls and Jamestown and needed a diagnostic about a new noise. Snow storms were brewing and they were really busy, but they got my car in to verify it was wheel bearings. Checklist also identified a couple other needs. Parts were ordered and storms hit, delaying them. Maresa was wonderful with her updates while I left my car with them. Appointment was at 7am for a hood latch recall. This is our third attempt to get it replaced. In the past we had appointments but they failed to tell us they didn’t have the part. Today, I’ve been here 2.5 hours so far. Car still isn’t done. Everyone here after me has left. I was hesitant to come here anyway for this, as last time i was here they tried to sell me an air filter (standard practice it seems) and i declined, and the techs removed my air filter all together and sent me on my way without it. I wonder if i could get a pizza delivered to their customer lounge…

EDIT: I was not contacted at all. The reply to this posting from their service department seems to be an attempt to save face on the internet.I went in to get diagnostics performed on my Nissan Murano due to an airbag warning light being lit on the dash. I made it clear that I only wanted the diagnostic performed. I had read the codes for free at an Autozone and was told the code could be a few things and that a dealer could narrow it down further with a special scan tool. They quoted me one hour of tech time for the diagnostics, and it was in the shop all day long. They didn't narrow down the issue anymore. They gave me the same DTC that I had gotten for free from Autozone prior to this, but Nissan tried charging $150. When I mentioned this and asked for explanation of what this time was used for, I was told they tried contacting the tech who supposedly did the work. He said he was to busy for explanation and told Maresa to just charge 30 minutes instead. Then she checked the system and showed me that the tech was clocked in for over 4 hours working on my car. All of their hours charged and pricing seems arbitrary. This was extremely unprofessional. I will not be going back, and I will make sure nobody else I know makes the mistake of going here.Service: Auto maintenance

Awesome friendly service by Jeff! He thinks outside of the box to help out his customers….because of this we will be also shopping here in a few months again when we’re ready to replace my Ford Escape!Thanks Jeff!

Our car was supposed to be serviced in August of last year. When we got it back, within 2 weeks we had to bring it back because the check engine light came on. Brought it back and it was an issue with the belt being too tight. Fine. Once again, our check engine light is on. I requested a copy of the work statement from them 3 times. No answer. Took to a mechanic friend (certified) and he states that half the work they said I need or that was done , wasn't. Now I can't reach anyone and no one will return our calls. I get we are low income and can't afford every fix. Y'all made it very apparent when we came in that you were not concerned about our needs as you took customers in while we stood waiting to be even greeted. I would never send another person here and feel we may unfortunately have to go back to make them fix what they didn't. Don't have money for legal recourse and they seem to do this often so I suppose it's a bit of comfort to know that we are not the only ones.

Totally unreliable customer service. Brought my car in at 8:20 am for a minor fix, was told it would be done in the early afternoon, but by 8pm I hadn’t heard anything and they closed. Not sure why they would tell me my car would be done within the day and then leave me overnight with no car. Last time I was here they had my car for 12 hours and only charged me for 30 minutes of labor, so I’m really not sure what they do with all that time. If it’s not going to be done within the day, don’t tell the customer it will be and just leave them hanging with absolutely no information. Unprofessional.

Gave us a quote of $300 to replace the exhaust variable valve timing solenoid. Part is $60. Time it takes anyone to put in is 10 minutes. Not sure how that adds up. Not sure I would trust them with actual repair numbers.

Excellent customer service, showed up way early for my appointment and they got me right in. Staff is always very friendly and never too busy to talk or explain anything. Each visit ends with them making sure they got everything right and to make sure there is nothing additional I need. Also they are great about coming out while I wait to keep me updated on the progress.
