I went in two separate times to buy vehicles from Logan K, each time he was very pleasant to deal with. He was not pushy AT ALL. He was very patient, and easy to talk with. That’s why I went back a second time! I have also referred some friends of mine to him and they ended up finding something to fit their needs as well. 10/10 recommend Logan and Gateway as a whole.

I have leased and also purchased several new vehicles from Nissan Hyundi in Fargo. The after purchase auto service is great also. In particular Ashton Miller is very knowledgeable, customer friendly, easy to talk to with no pressure to buy. Ashton made the purchasing process seamless and fast. I highly recommend Ashton if you ever are in the market for a vehicle.

I had to drive from Aberdeen for anti-theft software to be installed. I was told there was another recall too, but they might not have time to address it, so I could pick another day, or come back for the second recall. As I was due to drive out of town soon, and I wanted to have the software update beforehand, I elected to come back if necessary, even though I had a 300 mile round trip. Well, not only did they speedily fix the anti-theft recall, they also addressed the other recall, replaced a bad steering column bearing, and a bad rear window wiper to boot. Plus the location is easy to get to, and has numerous restaurants within walking distance, as well as the very nice West Acres Mall. They did offer to drive me, but I enjoyed the walk. It was a great experience!

I've had multiple friends and family buy vehicles or have service done at Gateway Hyundai, they all recommend Ashton Miller if you are buying a vehicle. He is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He always treats his customers with respect. 10/10 would recommend!

I worked on finding a new vehicle with an employee Jordan G, he was super responsive and always tracked down the answers timely for me. I unfortunately bought a vehicle from another dealership as I couldn't wait for the right palisade to be available. But when I am in the market for an upgrade I will be returning to work with him for the great service.

Do not recommend leasing through Hyundai. They don't allow third party buyouts so that they can royally rip you off on a car. My car at other dealers is being offered 20k or little more. They want to buy it for 17k and make me pay 2k to get rid of my car. They have super low offer and try to justify it by saying that's dealer buy price even though other dealers are literally willing to give thousands more for the car. They want you to be ripped off. I like Hyundai but I don't think people should do business with greedy companys. Literally lock your ability to sell car so that they can give you thousands less then car is valued. And claim that it's a fair offer

Do not recommend ever leasing through this place. Jordan was very pessimistic not good to work with. Also they won't allow you to turn lease in anywhere else but then and they over 4k less then other dealers. Got plenty of way higher offers at other dealers but since third party buyouts aren't allowed they conveniently offer you Garbage and try to state oh we are being fare and doing market. Terrible business model must not want people to keep going through them

My 2022 Santa Fe had a recall on it and I noticed my horn wasn't working. I scheduled to bring it in. Staff was friendly and prompt. Called me when my vehicle was done and explained what they did. Very happy with the fast friendly service!

I had the best experience at Gateway Hyundai! I absolutely love my 2023 Hyundai Kona! Casey was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice! He understood my questions I had about the vehicle and took time to explain certain things about the vehicle when I wasn’t sure what to ask! I have never been so satisfied with a purchase at a dealership! I highly recommend Gateway Hyundai!
