Anna provided the best customer service I could have asked for during my car buying process! I came with a lot of specific questions that she was fully ready to discuss, and openly directed us to others at Gateway for further opinions. Overall experience was good. Excellent communication leading up to test drive and purchase of the vehicle. If the gas tank would have full the day we purchased, it would have been a 5 star review. However my first stop after leaving the lot was to fill it up so I could drive it home. Is that asking too much after writing a check for $27K? ?♂️

My partner just had his regulator replaced at a place in Grand Forks and it cost hundreds less than the 587 it did for me and I do feel a type of way about that. They said they topped off all fluids in my paperwork yet my car wouldn't produce hot air when I needed it to a few weeks later. My partner added coolant for me.

Thank you Dan Dardis! This is the best, most honest service department I have ever visited. Thank you to the service team for their honesty in reevaluating a repair recommendation from the Chevrolet dealer in Rapid City, South Dakota and finding the repair was not needed. Also, thank you for the timely service items completed and for honoring the discount coupons I had.

I have purchased the last 4 vehicles from Gateway and Kevin has been my salesman for all of them. He is very knowlegeable and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. All the staff are very friendly. You are always greeted with a smile. I would strongly recommend buying through them. They made the process very easy and enjoyable.

Brandon was the one who has helped us in the past to buy a vehicle and we wanted to go back to him to buy a new 2024 chevrolet trax. He is beyond excellent to work with. He is so patient and kind. He helped us from step 1 all the way to the end. Great experience. Will recommend everyone to not only the dealership but to him for how professional and knowledgeable he was.

Levi was a great salesman, after leaving the place thinking we were not going to get a van due to some circumstances we thought that would be it. I have had my car in for service in regards to issues with my engine that were covered under the drive train warranty I received with the vehicle. To say that I had a bad experience would be an understatement.The first time was in December and I was told it would only take a couple of days to resolve the issue. Two weeks later I called in to check on the progress and I was unable to get in contact with my advisor Mike the entire week when I attempted to make contact. He also never left a voice-mail about anything and would call directly when I was unavailable. After the month and a half that my vehicle was in the shop the issue finally had been resolved I thought that was the end of it. Just over a month later my vehicle started to exhibit the same issues as before. After dropping my vehicle off for the second time in less than 3 months for the same issue I made the mistake of believing Mike at his word. He again told me it would be a couple of days and that the warranty would cover everything.Much to my chagrin I received zero updates to the progress of the repair for months. Apparently the engine that was supposedly ordered was "lost". I called twentythree times over the almost four months that you had my vehicle and all but two of them Mike was busy. Finally when he was out of the office I spoke with Matt as he was the only advisor in the shop that night. He said he would look into it for me and then magically Tuesday the following week I received a call from Mike during a time I could actually take the call. Suddenly instead of everything being covered by the warranty it would only cover $4700 of the repair. It's not the fact that it wouldn't cover the repair but more so the complete lack of communication on his side. There is no way that the warranty would change what they covered there unless either a. He never made the call initially or b. He waited too long and it was not deemed approached in a timely manner. To be honest Luke and Matt did a great job but if I were to ever return for repairs here again I will leave if Mike L was supposed to be my advisor.

Was completely satisfied with the quick service on getting my vehicle repaired,in record time! Very impressed with the constant contact,keeping me informed on how the progress of repairs were going. Will definitely recommend Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo,to anyone who asks. My service writer,Mike,was very helpful with all my questions.

Jeremy jenson was my salesman. Very personable and helpful. Took time to carefully explain all points of first time buying. It's clear they care about customers. Still get calls and emails checking up on not just the vehicle, but also generally how life is.
