While traveling, we stopped for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Although the work they did was great, it took over 90 minutes for this to get done. We probably won't return.

On Friday my wife and I bought a new 2024 Chevy Blazer in Riptide Blue Metallic. When we arrived at the Dealership we spoke with Cory (Sales Manager). Cory made the process as easy as possible. Cory worked within our budget and to meet and exceed our goals of both payment and term. We drove away in our new Blazer, while lowering our monthly payment and going to a 6 year term vs 7 year term on our trade.
Ron (our Sales Person) was also great and showed his determination to help us find the perfect car for our goals.
Trevor (LOL), you know who you are--- thanks for also helping out while Ron was wrapping up his deal with another customer.
Ryan in Finance is as good as they come! He knows the products and stayed super late for us to wrap up our deal!
We have purchased a lot of new cars over the last decade... all of our future business will stay with Gateway Chevrolet Cadillac in Fargo!

This is the first time I utilized door to door service. I am a medical professional where it’s hard to coordinate getting my vehicle to the dealership for my oil change. I was offered the option for Gateway Chevrolet to come and pick up and return to my office. This option was seamless in the top notch service I receive already from Gateway. The only thing better would be to have an option to keep my credit card on file so I didn’t have to play phone tag with my service advisor to pay my bill. Minor in the big picture of the EXCELLENT service I received. Thank you!
