I went in to find a dress for a formal I have coming up in March. I had the absolute best experience I have ever had in a dress shop. I am a shorter woman so that already has it challenges finding dresses that work. When I went in jill went right to work! She is so sweet and accommodating. She had many diffrent recommendations for dresses that would work well for me i had a hard time choosing they were all so perfect! I found a gorgeous dress. There prices are very reasonable. She also helped me find a tailoring shop to get some length off the dress! Will definitely be going again for other dress needs!

I had the best experience and service from the owner, Jill. I showed up in less than favorable shopping circumstances; my older mom, that is walker dependent and my two kids, one in a stroller and the other easily occupied with an iPad. Jill was fantastic with all of us and what I thought was going to be a horribly stressful experience was fun, easy and we were able to find the dresses we needed for our upcoming event. 10/10 would recommend and will be back

Absolutely love the store and highly recommend shopping there!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and there's such a wide variety of dresses. I wanted a nontraditional dress for my wedding, and Jill was AMAZING at helping me find the right dress! She genuinely cares about finding the perfect dress for you and has such a knack for style. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

After an online bridesmaid dress order went very wrong, I stopped in (actually by recommendation of another bridal shop in the area) looking for the impossible, 20 minutes before close, tired and defeated.The attendant greeted me, asked my size (I wasn't sure after the debacle with the online purchase, but they helped me figure it out), what I needed, went RIGHT to the rack and handed me the perfect dress. I tried it on in their beautiful fitting room and got their opinions as well as my husband's. I loved it, they loved it, the BRIDE loves it, and my husband says I look "smokin'" in it!They were also able to give me an incredible price for the dress I got. I received great customer service, professional advice on re-consigning (that is, if I can bring myself to part with it after the wedding!!), and again, worked their butts off for me at the very end of the day.I can't say enough good things about this shop. I'm so grateful for the recommendation I got to try Formally Yours. I was so thrilled with my experience. A big thank you to these brilliant ladies!!

When I came into the shop, I was greeted immediately by Olivia. She asked me what I was looking for and the nature of my special event, and brought me right to the appropriate section. I didn't find anything that fit my event there, but she brought me a dress that was new in stock.It was perfect! The whole process only took about 15 minutes, and was the simplest dress shopping trip I've ever experienced.I would recommend this shop to anyone in search of a dress for any occasion.

Thank you to Jill and especially Olivia for helping me find a non matronly mother of the bride dress! I told them exactly what I was looking for: modest, navy, non frumpy. I was in and out in 30min, having tried on 5 dresses. Three of which I liked and one that was perfect! Olivia and Jill both recommended jewelry and shoe color. They were GREAT! THANK YOU!

The ladies that work in this business really go above and beyond to help the customers find the dress of their dreams. They truly listen to the customer and work hard to get plenty of choices.The selection of dress is amazing! So many beautiful dresses, made it hard to choose just one.I will recommend this store to anyone looking a dress, the prices are very affordable. And if I ever need another dress, I will for sure return here!

I was very impressed with my experience here! I went in thinking i wouldnt find a dress my size that I loved, and instead I found 4! They have a wonderful selection of dresses. Olivia assisted me through the entire process, she was very k knowledgable, kind and fun to work with!

My experience at Formally Yours was horrible, I felt ignored and a little discriminated by the white ladies in there. there was another blonde hair, blue eyed girl trying on dresses beside me and the staff seemed to pay their full attention on her and none on me. I’m not trying to be self-centred or anything but I asked numerous times for opinions and for help with some zips, but they were all too busy admiring the blonde girl so I had to go over there and interrupt their “moment” just to ask if I can get my dress zipped, I felt super embarrassed just trying to get the staffs attention. I was really sad and disappointed on how I was treated in this store and ended up leaving very upset and in tears

This shop has amazing dresses, I love the way it’s organized and the items are so high quality, you can tell they are selective about curating great dresses! The help was fantastic, even though other appointments were going on. I definitely recommend this place!

Jill and her staff were beyond amazing! I was nervous going wedding dress shopping and really didn't know what I was looking for. Jill was amazing in listening to me and finding dresses that would fit me well. Even though I didn't say yes to anything that day, I can't imaging getting my dress from anyone else!

I would rate Formally Your resale and consignment a 2 but I'm rating them a 3. Here is way I say this.....I got lost getting to the store so I got there a little late. I was not told any instructions upon arrival. Once I was checked in a given a room the works came and went but didn't really help. I was not told how long I had so when my time was up Noone said anything to me. They got upset that I was still there 5 minutes past the hour they given me. I only got to try on 4 dresses out of the 10 that I had picked out. I will not go back.

The customer service at Formally Yours was very impressive! Jill had a wide selection of wedding dresses in my size (0-2) and offered great recommendations on how to customize each dress based on the look I wanted. We were her last appointment of the day and she stayed open past closing so we could take our time deciding. All of her dresses looked brand new and were extremely affordable. I highly recommend!

I am so thrilled that we found Formally Yours! Let me just gush a bit about this place:-The store is much larger than it looks from the outside. I had practically two racks of wedding dresses to look at. (My budget was under $500)-We were in a private spacious dressing room. Beautiful and made me feel so comfortable.-Jill was unbelievably attentive and insightful. She came in to check the fits and sizes and would bring out more dresses that she thought matched the style and fit I was looking for.-Jill also made suggestions on alterations and what could/should be done professionally and what could be done maybe at home.-No pressure to buy! Jill was attentive but also let my mom and I alone to think. I really appreciated this because decisions can be stressful. (Usual dress appointments at most stores are usually 1 hr. We were there 2.5 hrs)In the end, I did buy my dress. However, I’ve been to a couple of other shops and this service, expertise and prices far exceeded my expectations— especially the service!Truly a hidden gem and they’re not limited to just wedding dresses.
