It is always nice to have service done at Fix It Forward Auto Care. You will usually see the same employees at each visit. This tells me that the everyone treats each other with respect and appreciation. It is a great company to have service my vehicle

My first experience with Fix It Forward, I brought a used car we were looking at for our daughter in for a check to ensure it was a good deal. They were very thorough and honest about the shape of the car. I am so thankful to have found a trustworthy shop I can be confident will treat me like family.

Traditionally a dealership customer for my auto repairs, I decided to give Fix it Forward an opportunity to earn my business because I had heard a couple others had good experiences with them and because of their ministry work as well.
I took my car in for an oil change and because I had just purchased it asked them to give it a look over since it’s a 2009. They provided me a detailed report of everything they looked at, as well as a rating from good to needs immediate attention. Personally, I have never gotten a report like that, if anything I get a phone call from when I went to the dealerships. The other thing I liked was they actually took photos and videos of what they found.
So far my experience with them has been great and I plan to give them an opportunity with my diesel pick up in the near future as well.

The guys at Fix It Forward are phenomenal. My truck display a yellow engine light while I was on a trip. I called the shop and the tech trouble shot with me the issue over the phone. Then they asked me to go to a auto parts store to get the error code. After the code was found they explained what the code meant, and did more trouble shooting. We determined that it's safe to drive home. Once in Fargo they fixed the issue right the way. A very knowledgeable and very professional group of professionals and I highly recommended them.
