The manager (not sure if manager. Lady with dark hair, long gold nails.) was rude to me from the second I walked in. When I was told I would get half of what I usually get for a loan on my ring, she proceeded to swear at me and nearly threaten me! Was in there 30 min before closing and the older dark haired lady there was so rude it’s like she didn’t want to go through the hassle of paperwork before closing
