Long time account holder. Recent customer experience was almost open hostility. I wanted to make a withdrawal from my own account. Just asked for my ID. No greeting. No conversation. This has been my experience here many times.

DO NOT BANK HERE! BANK AT YOUR OWN RISK! The people here are VERY unprofessional and rude! There was a discriminatory woman at the front desk around 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 17th. She called me a hobo and refused to cash my official payroll check! She also accused me of it being fraudulent dispite that being the 20th time I cashed larger checks there from the same business and the fact that it's even a local business with an official check! I even presented my official North Dakota driver license with current Fargo mailing address. I had to drive accross town just to get it cashed when I was in a hurry. This is why I bank with Wells fargo bank and no one else. At least they treat me with respect and not judge me by the clothes I wear! If I could vote zero stars, I would! Here's some good advice: Learn some manners and respect!Edit: I do not like the tone of the owner's previous reply. As a result, I will still fully recommend that people avoid this location and I will not be replying to that email as I do not feel comfortable doing so. Have a nice day.

I also bank at US bank and my small hometown bank that only has two branches. Both of those other banks have better websites, apps and customer service. FIBT seems to have a lot of fraudulent attempts on their debit cards. I have had more attempts on my FIBT debit card (a card I never use) than I have had on ALL the other debit and credit cards I have EVER had. Their website and app go down quite often (this is usually at night but still it should not be as often as it does).

I called to talk to the trust department and was told nobody was available. I asked for a direct number to the trust department and was told there wasn’t one. She asked if there was anything else, said ok, and hung up. I did have something else but she didn’t give me a chance to respond.
