Overall I would say FCCU needs a lot of work. I just don't think I would recommend them at this point. - On at least 4 different occasions I have called to let them know I'm making a purchase over my limit and they say they're increasing my limit for the day only to find out the person at FCCU never did. I find it rather frustrating someone I get off the phone with can't follow through on something so simple. One of the times was before close, so I had to make the purchase the next day. Unfortunately I didn't get to make that purchase because someone bought what I wanted who didn't have to wait on their bank to do their job. - When I went to order a new business card I had to go in several times. When I left the first time they said a card would be on it's way. I came back 3 weeks later and apparently nobody had information on the card I requested. I requested a 2nd time and the same thing happened. The 3rd time they sent a card that didn't show up. They had to cancel my current card to issue me a new one since they said the card is active on arrival. When I got the new card it wasn't active and ready for use, so I'm not sure where the disconnect on that policy came from. I also got the old card that never showed up a month after that. Rather frustrating I had to change business billing information for many accounts. - Their app is absolutely terrible. You can only have one account per user. This means you can't view two accounts in the app. You need separate login information for each account. This is the first bank I have found that has that issue with an app. I also constantly have issues trying to transfer money between accounts where I get errors. - I wanted to add my wife to personal and business accounts. I was told she would have to get a credit check and her own accounts to be added to my accounts. Someone else told me should could just be added to them. Not sure how I could be told two drastically different things. Overall everyone is kind at the bank. Unfortunately kindness isn't helpful when you don't do your job. Based on what I see management does a very poor job. If these were one off problems I would just say oh things happen, but these are constant issues that happen over and over. In the next year or two I was planning on taking out a home loan with this credit union, but based on how poor service has been it seems another credit union will be getting my business.

I came to the drive thru at 5:28. Apparently the staff couldn't be bothered, because it was too close to closing. They ignored me, and I drove away at 4:31. I've been a member for decades. This branch does the least in terms of customer service.

The best bank I've ever worked with. Very pleased with everything! I left bank of the west for FCCU and it was the best decision ever. Also Bank of the West sucks.

Been banking with first community credit union since I was a kid. The staff has always been very friendly and amazing to work with. Definitely my bank of choice within ND.
