Was quoted 2.06 a gallon for propane so drove my RV to their station and filled up. Was charged 5.00 dollars a gallon. Would you be upset, I was and their manager laughed at me when I complained. The poorest customer service I've ever had with anyone. Customer service was a joke,57 minutes on the phone to tell me I'm screwed. Don't stop in Fargo North Dakota, go to the next town.

Don't. Just don't.Hours are listed as 8-5 Monday through Friday. Went at 9am on a Tuesday to fill and recertify my propane tank. No one there. No answer when I call the number listed on the door.Next day (Wednesday) I call ahead and get a lady on the phone. Confirmed they're at the location filling tanks and confirmed they could recertify my 100lb tank. All good. Arrived 20 min after I called. No one there. No answer at the office. It seems the line they give you to call goes to a remote location and they have no clue when people will be there.Called Silbernagels in Moorhead. Talked to the on-site guy. I showed up 15 min later and left with a recertification and a full tank. The entire stop took less than 10 minutes.Bring your business elsewhere. I highly recommend Silbernagels.

Had a propane tank leak. Fast response, tank replacement happened promptly, workers were efficient and professional.

Had a site visit to set a propane tank for new service. Guy that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable but that's where the good ends. Have gone over a month without contact from Ferrellgas. Called twice for answers and was told by non local call center employee that I would receive a call back. Those calls never happened. Now today I've been told that the Fargo office is actually CLOSED because they have no staff. Not impressed at all. Don't waste your time.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. We went for weeks without an initial fill that the company is supposed to schedule, leaving us without fuel at the beginning of winter. It was impossible to get a person on the phone to handle the situation so we didn't freeze. Then, only a month after the second refill on our tank ran completely empty. The company refused to come check the tank for a leak stating they were "unsure that we weren't tampering with the tank" so they are not at fault when the only person who touches the tank is the delivery guy. If you have a local company that can provide fuel, go with them not Ferrelgas.

I called about filling propane tanks for rvs and if they do reconditioning of tanks. The person on the phone was very condescending and not professional with answering my questions. I'm glad I dodged a bullet by calling instead of getting terrible in person service.

This store is literally never open and I've tried to come here more than 10 times, if I could give it a zero I would. Waste of time to even consider coming here, have better luck at literally anywhere eles

Ferrel gas has good service for always getting your tank filled on time. Pricing on the other hand not so good. Got current quotes from other places and Ferrel is 24% higher than another company in the area. Would’ve saved me $135 after price difference and fees the other company doesn’t charge. Called and they won’t move on their price even though I always pay immediately and apparently let them get way to much of a markup. Going to be tough to want to go through them again.

30%+ higher propane price than local competitor- I’m leaving Ferrellgas!! I purchased a home that had Ferrellgas rented tanks so I had to fill with them. Fuel price high plus extra delivery charges our local Cenex does not charge! Beware!

I continously call and Pre Pay for a filled tank. I have yet to get what I paid for. During 20+ below zero, I received 34 gallons..instead of what I ordered(a full tank). Now, I am stuck calling again...very frustrating
