I worked here as a package handler, very physical and stressful job. When other workers don't show up they expect you to do their work as well and/or pick up lazy workers slack if you show them you're a good worker. Apply at your own risk, you have been warned.

Packages have been delivered to wrong addresses throughout our neighborhood this week. The addresses aren’t even close to the same or near each other.

Normally my Fed Ex deliveries are great. The drivers are quick and efficient.Not sure what is going on but my last 2 deliveries have been late and/or damaged. One was my meal plan box and the food was left out in subzero temps and all of it was ruined when it finally came. It came so late the company was in the process of refunding us all when it magically showed up. Now my box with over $200 in product is damaged and just not going to show up. Usually impressed, but not this week or last.

I simply cannot describe how little effort has been made to deliver my package, how little insight customer service on the phone is, and how clueless the in person staff are. Drivers literally refuse to deliver my package, I'm being told I CANNOT pick my item up, but because I have failed to receive my package from the driver I may now attempt pickup. But the package may leave the facility before they open, because no one can/will mark it for pickup. I'd rather slit my wrists and boat over in the blood River to delivery my package than use FedEx again.

Multiple occasions of deliveries where the driver has thrown the package on the ground breaking the items inside. Ridiculous.

The original delivery date was 12/19. It was out for delivery on 12/21. As of 12/29, it's still sitting in the delivery vehicle. I'm starting to think I should report a theft.UPDATE: It's now 1/4/23. Still "Out For Delivery". I'm starting to get skeptical. [image of a fuming-headed emoji]

I was at the signal light and my light turned green. I started to proceed through the green light and at the last second, I looked to the left and a FedEx truck came flying through the red light, not even slowing down. If I'd proceeded a foot more, I would have been T-boned. I started shaking with my hand on my heart. I froze and couldn't even move for a minute. How careless can a driver be?

On numerous occasions I’ve watched the delivery person not even exit the vehicle and make zero attempt to deliver the package and drive off and say they couldn’t make the delivery. Half the time they want to actually make the delivery they handle the packages with minimal care and toss them around and chuck them in the entry.

Unless you're sitting at the door waiting you will miss them. They only deliver while you're at work. You have to trick the computer into letting you speak to a human. Call the 800 number and say "driver damage" you will get through.

I gave 2 stars for customer service, they're great with explanating and keeping you calm, but as for the drivers they need more trainings. They never ring door bells or notify you when your package is delivered/at the door like ups, Amazon and the rest of the carriers does, they probably stay in their trucks and returns them back to their office and then notifies you when they leave your residence. Even though I have instructions on the FedEx app where to leave my packages but still they refused to follow it, I sat at home all day waiting for the delivery for nothing. I really don't understand how exactly they expect you to know when they're at your home without knocking on the doors or ringing doorbells. They held my packages and claimed i requested for vacation hold, which i never did due to this, I got packages missing and it's irritating and frustrating smh. They got to do better or go out of business if they cannot perform their duties.

I work at a Nursing Home in Fargo, and after months and more of asking their driver to wear a mask while in the building, they refuse and ignore the requests. Extremely unprofessional as they are endangering all the elderly residents, staff and family. The facility has clear signs that masks are required, no matter vaccination status. A coworker even tried calling to see what could be worked out and was told that they couldn’t help. Watch out for the news headline: Nursing Home COVID Outbreak Linked to FedEx Driver
