Horrible service by a guy that drives a white gmc Acadia. I was driving through the parking lot In the morning he came flying in the parking lot and i asked excuse me what time do you guys open because I was going to get a package that I missed a delivery for and he said very rudely non of you fu........ business very very rude and unprofessional! He deserves to be fired

FedEx Express of Fargo, ND is my worst experience ever so far. I was paid less than 15, and I worked outside in the extreme cold. I was denied medical insurance that was given and promised to both full-time and part-time employees, which is why I quit. These guys literally con me. I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy. Worst life experience ever!

Worst exsparence ever. The delivery associates refuses to leave the package at the entery. Dispite the fact she was cursing and yelling at my kids. There is a reason why there are so many negative reviews. Deal with fedex at your own risk. At least this fedex.

Lisa was an absolute angel to work with. I had a lot of issues getting my package delivered and I do not live in Fargo (here for the holidays). When I went to the FedEx Ship Center, I explained my situation to Lisa and she immediately wanted to help even though it was 5 minutes til closing time (they we're off for the next 3 days and I wouldn't have been able to get my package that was already 5 days delayed). She made sure I was sorted out before closing the shop and I received my package that night. The world needs more people like Lisa, I can't thank you enough!!

Never on time poor customer services say they tried to deliver but no one is home but you were home all day. Never would pick them buy choice

If you have construction on your street they will not walk down 3 houses to deliver. They will just continue to say failed delivery

We receive deliveries for two premises in Minnesota (50 miles from Fargo). They can’t even be bothered to deliver packages to the correct destination. They just drop our package outside, in front of a door somewhere near the correct address and hit the road. Frazee MN is a town of 1,300 with, perhaps, 20 businesses from a convenience store to an antiques shop. These incompetents can’t find our business. Part of the problem seems to be that they can’t send the same driver in this direction twice so, it’s always a new guy. But, at the end of the day, I believe they just don’t care. The consignor can pay the freight charge and when the delivery truck is empty, the driver goes home. They really don’t seem to care if the consignee gets his package or not or if they left our printed material out in the rain at the wrong address.

Whoever the little punk was that delivered my package this morning, needs to find a new job. You’re lucky you ran away from me this and got into your truck and drove away. Throwing my packages and cussing up a storm about it. You need to find a new job, try delivering pizza. Low life lookin chump.

Completely disconnected from the working class. Condescending, drivers are rude, employees were entirely unnappreciative of my work there and actively went out of their way to cause extra problems for me like it was a fun, enjoyable hobby. My experience here as a cleaning tech was appalling. Most employees treated me like I was less of a person than they were. In the end they got rid of me for no reason, because they utilize the right to work state laws, and even tried to get MY boss to fire me. They didn't because my work was flawless and up to par according to all the supervisors who came in and checked after I left. I am in a huge financial hole now because of this and I have no position. Hired and making nothing. Thanks, really glad I doubled back to your bathrooms and did all the things outside of my job description for you. Spoiled AND entitled, wow.I bet they considered what this would do to me, financially, and decided I deserved it. Watch out, these guys think they're better than everyone & too good for you no matter who you are!

If I could post 0 stars I would. I had my delivery rescheduled multiple times. I took a day off of work today just so that I could be home to receive my bed. I’ve been sleeping on an air mattress waiting for this delivery. I did not receive a call, message or email stating the driver was here. I signed up for the notifications and got nothing. I was home all day waiting for them. Called the facility and no one answered keep in mind it’s still working hours. I am absolutely frustrated I ended up cancelling my order with purple. Now I am having to wait for a refund and can’t get one until the order is returned. I am having the worst experience with this company. I’ll try my best to never use fedex and make sure to never recommend them to anyone.
