The coaches and personnel are very informative and helpful. They'll help train people no matter what their current abilities or backgrounds are. i highly recommend them!

The ease of modern life leaves behind a surplus of energy that can fuel negative behaviors. Come remind your inner caveman of the times when we struggled for our very survival. It’s better than any therapy you will ever find.

I studied with George and Sarah during my time in Grand Forks, North Dakota. I made the drive to train with the both of them and do not regret it. I have been around jiu-jitsu for a while and can tell who is authentic in their approach. They both are. George is a gentle man and task master. He has a wealth of knowledge and is willing to share it. Sarah is awesome. I recommend you attend one of her Saturday classes. She humbled me more than once and is a gem on and off the mat. These folks are the real deal and you will not be disappointed. 10 stars!

This is not just a gym. George and Sara treat all of their students as though they're family. My son trained with them for 3 years and we couldn't have asked for a better group of kids, parents, professors, and coaches. If only every single gym could have this same mentality!

I am a Blue Belt in BJJ and I came to Fargo on business. George and Sarah, owners and Black Belts, and the rest of the students were so welcoming to me. I felt right at home. The level of instruction is very good, and the level of competition from the other students matches this very well. I rolled with numerous students and none of them was anything other than respectful and courteous. They have nothing to prove here, and their confidence shows. George and Sarah emphasize drilling with a couple of days per week devoted to rolling. The classes include both women and men, but Sarah seemed to spend more time rolling with the women. This seems to me to work well if you are a woman who will roll with anyone or someone who wants to roll with women only. There is also Thai boxing taught here as a curriculum which looks very good also, but I didn't take any of those classes. If you are looking to roll BJJ in Fargo, look no further than Fargo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
