My wife and I went here to be measured by a recommendation from someone who said he would be able to help us. I asked him if he would do it and he said no. So I asked if he knew how to do measurements and he said yes but that he will not do it. We then offered him money and he said no. Very rude very impersonal. I do not recommend his services.

I had an expensive pair of jeans hemmed, and they did a great job. Done within 24 hours and very reasonably priced.

Pricing is great. They’re busy so it’s never next day turnaround but they’re worth the wait. The owners are very friendly.I just had 7 shirts done and the sleeves were a little too tight. They offered to redo all 7 shirts for free, and now they’re all perfect!

I've gotten alterations done here a few times. I've gotten three pairs of jeans taking in on the waist in the past. They put a dart on each side on the back. All the jeans fit great afterwards! Recently got a pair of jeans hemmed, and a hole in a tank top fixed. Everything was a great as always! And they have great prices! Very nice and I'll always go back to them!

Zipper Repair Service is great! I broke the zipper on my ice fishing jacket on Monday and had plans for going ice fishing on Friday. I brought my jacket to EZ Alterations and let them know. They said it would be ready to pick up Thursday after work. Picked up my jacket that Thursday and the zipper is better than before. Thank you!

Very happy! This is my new go-to alterations place. I had a duvet cover and bike shorts fixed. I honestly couldn't even find where the rip was as it looks new. Nice owner and very reasonable prices! I'll be back!

TLDR: Most sloppy and careless tailoring I have ever seen. I brought in eight pairs of jeans to be taken in at the waist. Not only were the alterations different from what was originally discussed, they were clumsy and inconsistent... in some cases, they had taken in so much material that the pants were no longer wearable. All of their work had to be undone. Oh, and the customer service is abysmal. If they mess up your garments, you will find it extremely challenging to get your money back. If you must go here, make sure you pay by card so you can dispute the charge if necessary. FULL STORY: Several years ago, I had pants hemmed and taken in the at the waist at EZ Alterations. The quality of their work then was good, but has since plummeted. Last month, I brought in eight pairs of jeans to be taken in at the waist by a small amount (1/4 to 1/2 in). I communicated that I would like them taken in from the middle of the back waist. As I tried on the pants to show the tailor, she gathered them from the middle of the back to measure how much needed to be taken in. I thought we were on the same page about what needed to be altered. When I returned to try on the tailored garments, I found that instead of taking the waist in from the middle back, they had added two darts on the back of each pair. However, at no point had they ever communicated to me that they would simply be adding darts. If they had, I could have taken my jeans elsewhere. Moreover, they were the SLOPPIEST darts I've ever seen. They were wildly inconsistent in length and placement, and no attempt was made to ensure existing seams lined up. In some cases, the darts were so large or long that the pants were no longer wearable. I don't know how they can justify charging customers for such poor work. I wish I had taken a photo of their work, but I was so upset and shocked in the moment that it didn't cross my mind. The owner claims that all tailors will take in pants the same way (i.e., by adding darts). This is untrue. I asked for a full refund, but the owner refused. He said he would only give a full refund if I gave him back my pants so he could undo all the work, and then I would need to come back another day. Otherwise, if I wanted to take the pants as-is, he would only provide a partial refund (50%). This was especially inconvenient as I was staying with family an hour out of town, and I live on the west coast. Because of this, I asked that he make an exception (i.e., provide a full refund and let me take my jeans then). However, he thought I was lying about this even after I showed him my California ID, and he refused to make an exception. So, I ended up having to leave my jeans with him so I could get a full refund upon pick-up. I was really nervous about having them do more work on my jeans after seeing what they'd already done. I had to have a local family member pick up my jeans and ship them to me... huge pain and waste of everyone's time. They did an ok job of undoing their work... maybe after a couple of washes, all evidence of their sloppy darts will go away? If the pants had been made of more delicate fabric, they would not have survived. All local family has been warned to not come here.
