I ordered a work light off their website but didn't receive a confirmation. I requested a confirmation on their website but didn't get a reply. Now my bank statement is showing the charge but I hadn't received my order. Making me nervous- the light I ordered cost $256. That's not how it's supposed to work.

We've spent over 2,000 with DSI, we decided to try new cleaning supplies and buy in bulk, spending 202 with 15 dollar shipping only to receive half the order. They said since their weights matched up and we didn't contact them within their 24 hour policy that basically we were SOL. Never again will we use DSI.
