The pool was extremely crowded, probably because it was spring break time. Different pools have different colors of water. The elevator is tiny and always packed. Music near the elevator is loud and annoying, maybe because you need to wait for that elevator forever. The stairs are at the end of the long hall on the pool side. The stairs on the other side are for emergency exit only - you can get to the 1st floor there - only one way exit to the street there. So, the stairs are not an option to avoid the crowded elevator Microwave and mini-fridge are okay. 2 TVs for the suite are good, kids love the "Internet TV" option with YouTube. Someone unplugged the HDMI cable from the 2nd TV and plugged HDMI into the HDMI out port of STB mounted at the back of the TV - I was able to fix it. Set the thermostat temperature at plus one degree to get the desired temperature or it will be one degree colder. Mattresses and pillows are the best. The sink in the restroom needs the handle fixed, but I didn't bring any tools with me this time. It is hard to set water temperature with a loose handle. I am not sure if Starbucks is operational - have not seen anyone there. Urban 42 is ok - their pizza was the best food for our kids, but it is not a menu item - available as part of the booking package. The Mall is just across the street.

We have stayed at this hotel on previous trips and it’s AIWAYS outstanding … this trip not so much! When we arrived at 6pm we had already done a few hours of shopping. I checked in and was assigned ROOM 242! I grabbed the luggage trolley and met my husband at side door. We went up to the room which was literally the furthest room from elevator. My husband has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis so walking can be challenging. Upon entering I unloaded all the things quickly so I could get the trolley back downstairs for others. As I was leaving the room my husband called me back in from down the hall. He opened the curtains and our view was the roof with all the maintenance equipment. Very disappointed I returned trolley and went back to desk. I asked if the hotel was overly busy. She said, no not at all. It’s Monday! I asked why then did she assign us to the absolute worst room in the hotel with so many other options? She said she just picked one. I’m going to assume because it was a Priceline booking she decided I deserved a less than stellar room cause I didn’t pay full price. She then asked what was wrong with it. I told her what was wrong. After a bit of back and forth she said if we really wanted she could move us. I JUST unloaded a trolley full of shopping and luggage. You really think I want to haul the trolley back up, reload cart, move, unload cart, return trolley. And my husband have to walk even more? We had to keep the curtains closed the entire time to avoid the eyesore!!! Room 242 should be used as an absolute LAST option and ONLY if the hotel is completely booked. This is the ONLY room in the entire hotel with this AWFUL view!! So disappointed!!! Be sure if you’re staying here you specifically state not staying in that room! Going back in a few weeks and wondering if I should look elsewhere ?Nearby activities: The location of this hotel is excellent! Close to all shopping and restaurants. Ample parking.

Unfortunately, the people from our group who went in the pool ended up with significant rashes, likely due to high chlorine content. Upon hearing about this, the night front desk person said they would inform management. However, on checking out the following morning, the front desk was unaware. Those representatives did say they would have maintenance check the pool and would shut it down until it was fixed. Also, the music from the hallway speakers by the elevator can be heard through the night. The front desk was responsive and turned the volume down.Otherwise, the rooms were nice and service was good. There is no complimentary breakfast, which would have been appreciated.

This is a great hotel in a good location close to all the shopping and restaurants. The pool was nice and rooms were nice but a little dated. The lady at breakfast was rude but the food was good and its a nice bar area to get a drink. Overall I would recommend this placeWalkability: Shoping rite next doorFood & drinks: 5 restaurants in 2min walk

Made the mistake of getting a room on a Saturday...hockey kids everywhere including next to us. We were in a suite right by the elevators...we ended up leaving, not staying overnight.

I made reservations for our CEO who is coming in from London. I called to ask about early check in as his plane gets in late morning and not only was I told to try later but the employee seemed miffed that I called. I'm regretting using this hotel and he isn't even here yet.

Don't be fooled. We paid around 500 for a single night in the Presidential Suite. We made our requests through the app 2 hours prior to our arrival at 5 pm for a crib and bedding. As after asking multiple times after we finally received everything at around 7pm. The floor was soaking wet due to the refrigerator leaking and the breakfast in the morning was a terrible cold Continental breakfast except not as good. It was ice cold and clearly made days ago. Additionally, you are charged for this. You are better off staying at a super 8, I am highly disappointed in this establishment.

Wow. So, my room has a water pressure issue but was otherwise large, spacious and immaculate. The front desk immediately sent up maintenance and I would just like to say he was the sweetest, kindest, most polite employee I've ever spoken to in my life. He apologized for it, he immediately recognized it was just the showerhead needed to be replaced and scheduled it for later that day.It was 5 star treatment at what is supposedly a 3.5 star hotel.I'm telling you right now the Delta hotel should be at least listed as 4 star because it is definitely better than the two 4 star hotels in Fargo. So, even though I didn't get the water pressure I was hoping for, I was treated like I was important to the staff and that matters a lot more than a perfect showerhead.

Very disappointed in our stay. The rooms were expensive so was expecting a really positive experience. There was little guidance or information provided about the pool or how to get food. We ordered delivery pizza and after it arrived someone said we couldn’t have it in the pool area and we should have ordered from the bar. We would have had we known that was an option. We also pointed out people had cupcakes in the pool area, we were told “cupcakes aren’t food.” We couldn’t even bring bottled water in and there was no easy access to drinking water. The pool area was chaotic and there were many young children without supervision in the hot tub splashing everyone. The rooms themselves were nice, but the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. They do have an option to connect to Netflix on the TVs which was a really great feature.Overall our main concerns could be fixed with more information and more staff.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff at the restaurant/bar, they were so kind and friendly. However we needed 2 pillows for our kids on the pull out couch, and they said they could not provide more than 1 pillow. They said they had no pillows left. Very rude, very disappointing for the entire hotel rapport. Very unfortunate the front desk was so unhelpful and rude.
