Horrible customer service. When patients are already not feeling well and then the techs are pissy with an attitude towards the customer, it makes an already bad situation worse. They do not communicate with patients regarding any hiccups in filling their meds and instead make a patient come all the way to the facility only to find out they have to wait even longer due to the pharmacy not filling their meds until they talk to a patient but no one ever reaches out to the patient. I guess it time to switch pharmacies unfortunately. This pharmacy used to be decent but I do not recommend them to anyone at this point!

Very slow and they close the pharmacy for lunch for a hr . Idk why a place would do that most people take breaks at different times so they don’t have to shut down. Ps the closed for lunch not listed in the store hrs.

Its almost magical how CVS can be so reliably awful. The people were so rude. They always make it complicated. Literally night and day between this and any other pharmacy. Don't use here unless u absolutely need to.

People say, I have the patience of a Saint. So to stick with CVS ( Pharmacy) for two years now . I am DONE! Don’t even bother downloading the APP. Because this particular CVS, doesn’t even bother filling your medication. Even if you call, the wait is 20-35 minutes to even speak to anyone. In person? The staff is rude, unorganized, dishonest about the “Ready Time”. I promise you! Your better off getting your prescription elsewhere. Again, I’m only talking about (Pharmacy).

I sat on hold for 30 mins and still nobody answered the phone. It's extremely unprofessional to just not answer when someone has a question about medication they are taking.

I waited 13.09 minutes to speak with an actual human that only took 30 seconds. Don't have a phone number if you're rarely going to answer the phone.

They're lucky they get one star if I could give a half a star I would, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous, waiting in line for over 40 minutes just to get told that it will be ready in another 15 minutes, happens every time I am here get told immediately to pull around, but these cars in front of me stay at the window for 10 plus minutes each car. They need to figure something out to make things faster that's for sure but I will be switching pharmacies after today.

Instead of greeting me the Cashier (Barbara) yells out to me "phone number" when I wasn't even up to the register yet and the only other thing she said to me was push print if you want a receipt.

Ordered hbp meds. First visit they say not covered by insurance, insurance approved it instantly, been on it for 18 years. Today is 6th trip back. Still don't have it. Pick any other pharmacy other than this one. Zero stars if I could. They probably should not even be allowed to fill scrips.

My husband sent me to pick up his prescription. He put order in thru 800 number. My husband was told prescription would be ready Monday by the recording on 800 number.Maddy was the gal at the drive thru window. I gave her all my husband’s information. She said she couldn’t fill because I didn’t know the name of the drug. This should have been on her computer. I called my husband he wasn’t answering. I had a picture on my phone of the drug name but that wasn’t good enough either because I wasn’t for sure. Everytime I go through the line at the drive thru it is at least a 30 minute wait. I told Maddy that if I left again it would be a 30 minute wait to put in prescription and the I would have to swing around again wait another 30 minutes for it to be refilled. I asked Maddy I admit angrily if there was a better process o yeah she said there is an app that would work better. I guess you have to be angry in order to get any kind of customer service. All I got from Maddy was a smirk of a smile and no help.

Worst experience ever , wait wait wait wait and to top it all off their hours aren't correct so you get there an hour before they open , cvs worst experience ever , bring back a small pharmacy way easier than these quacks

My 8 year old daughter was given a script for antibiotics, and we were sent to this CVS three hours in advance. When we arrived they told us they didn't have any amoxicillin, and had no idea when they may have some more in stock. Now my daughter is shivering laying in bed fighting a fever. The pharmacist in charge at this CVS should be ashamed of themselves.

CVS is a great place to shop and their rewards program is absolutely amazing. Especially if you pay the five bucks in to the care pass. you’re going the wrong way for the gas pump is on the opposite side

I’ve been sick for three days, so I wanted to take a Rapid Covid test. I called my local CVS store to make sure they had them in stock before I bundled up to go out and get one. I was told they had them, but I could not get them through the drive-through I had to come into the store so they could bill my insurance. Yep I wanted to take my germs all over the store! I got to the drop off desk and she looked at me and said if you’re paying through insurance it’ll be a couple of hours but if you want to buy one it’s $10. Why couldn’t they tell me that before I had to go out sick and through their store sick? I went down to Cass County Covid testing site. Had the test done immediately and picked up 4 tests to go home with me! Terrible Service!!!
