Always have to stand in more than one line because they never have anything ready . They don’t even acknowledge people waiting at the counter - had 3 people standing around after calling my name for prescription ready so I stood there looking at them and noone came to help. Horrible customer service skills. Never again. Go give your money elsewhere .

Amazing service! While traveling I needed a prescription refilled. Staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. I am very grateful for their help.

Was texted a few days ago prescription was ready, husband went in to get it and was told there were no prescriptions. I called and if fact it is there and ready. Now they are closed for lunch? CVS pharmacy needs to rethink this policy. They have enough employees to have them vary their lunch schedule. Very disappointed. Now have to make special trip back for the prescription. Clearly they didn't check very well.

Lazy people. Was in drive through waited 20 minutes wouldnt come to window to pick up meds. closed while i was sitting there. employees would look at me and not come to the window. Horrible

I’m so disappointed. Waited half an hour in the drive through. I had no attitude as I know they are notorious for having long wait times and with my work schedule I need a pharmacy open late. Had some concerns regarding price due to autism waiver for my child we get the scrips free. They changed from my insurance to the Medicaid and it was way more. How was I to know there was an error or that it would be more. The pharmacist told me “we have to redo everything so either go back in line or come in and slammed the door before I could say I was coming in because my kids needed to go potty. Waited another half hour, they never called my name saying it was ready. Then while I was waiting in line I heard them talking about me. I get it, busy days suck but it should not be taken out on customers.

Their pharmacy drive thru line is so long and takes a while. They have a 2nd drive thru line but don’t use it? It would speed up the process if they utilized it.

Regular CVS no different than the rest I’ve been too. I use their pharmacy and buy some items here and there although it’s pricey their coupons come in handy sometimes.

Dropped off an old film I had found to be processed at the CVS store on 13th ave/25th street in Fargo the last part of November 2023. Told me it would take about 30 days. Stopped every two weeks by the store to see if they were back. Finally in February after leaving my name and phone number asking for a manager to call me.
A employee hands me a phone number for Fuji (who processes the film) tells me that it was deliver to the store in January!
I go back to the store, finally get to talk to the manager and she says the will look all over the store and call me next week.
As of March 23rd no call, nothing!
Both my parents are no longer with us and I now have grown children. The film may have had priceless pictures but who knows! I will never know.
I’ve been a retail manager for 30+ years!!
Terrible management!!!!
Will never step foot in that store or spend a $ there again. I live 2 minutes from that location!!!!

Came in there to complete my job, was very polite with the cashier but she had the upmost nastiest customer service I've ever seen. Please run from her!

Horrible customer service. When patients are already not feeling well and then the techs are pissy with an attitude towards the customer, it makes an already bad situation worse. They do not communicate with patients regarding any hiccups in filling their meds and instead make a patient come all the way to the facility only to find out they have to wait even longer due to the pharmacy not filling their meds until they talk to a patient but no one ever reaches out to the patient. I guess it time to switch pharmacies unfortunately. This pharmacy used to be decent but I do not recommend them to anyone at this point!

Very slow and they close the pharmacy for lunch for a hr . Idk why a place would do that most people take breaks at different times so they don’t have to shut down. Ps the closed for lunch not listed in the store hrs.

Its almost magical how CVS can be so reliably awful. The people were so rude. They always make it complicated. Literally night and day between this and any other pharmacy. Don't use here unless u absolutely need to.

People say, I have the patience of a Saint. So to stick with CVS ( Pharmacy) for two years now . I am DONE! Don’t even bother downloading the APP. Because this particular CVS, doesn’t even bother filling your medication. Even if you call, the wait is 20-35 minutes to even speak to anyone. In person? The staff is rude, unorganized, dishonest about the “Ready Time”. I promise you! Your better off getting your prescription elsewhere. Again, I’m only talking about (Pharmacy).
