It's a pretty good car wash. It is rather expensive but they do have free vacuum areas and other products you may need to get the inside of your car clean too.And it's really really new.

Lest than impressed. For 1 the wash didn’t even remove the bird s*** from the side of my pickup second the first vacuum station that I went to had very and I mean very little suction power, second vacuum station didn’t work, finally the 3rd one worked. I tried multiple auto detail card readers and none of them were working. For such a new place I see way too many problems.

Stop pushing everyone in so fast and so close. The truck in from was stuck in the end and the track kept going almost causing me to get pushed into the back of him. I had to honk multiple times as did the last behind me who was a few inches from my bumper. Service has gone downhill, everyone is on their phones or sits inside the windows waiving their hands or they pressure you get right on the bumper in front of you.

Cool experience. For getting ultimate wash though one would think it would last atleast 5 minutes.... But we were in and out in maybe 3.. still fun and spunky car wash. Their deals seem to be affordable too!

Save yourself the time, money and headache and find a better car wash! I have not given this place another dime of my money since about August considering they do not have the common decency to call someone back when their equipment malfunctio s and damages their car. I get it Tommy's Express we are all out here trying to make $ but let me give you a little piece of advice from somone who has been in customer service pretty much their entire life, TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!! When you ignore legitimate customer complaints you are in fact neglecting your customers.

I washed my vehicle last Thursday and later that evening noticed that the brushes scratched my whole drivers side of my vehicle. I stopped in right away the next morning, when I was in town again and talked to a worker about it. The manager was supposed to call me to discuss the issue. It’s been a week now and haven’t heard from him.

Paid for the best wash first time through the underbody spray did not work and there was nobody to spray the front end of my pickup for bugs. Wash did not do a good job at all of removing bugs from my windshield or front end of pickup. Went around and told the employee at the window was told to go through again. Waited for someone to come out and spray the front end of the pickup had to get out of my vehicle to get someone's attention ask them to spray the front end of my pickup for bugs was told that they're not authorized to do that. REALLY not authorized!!! Needless to say that I won't be going there again nor will I suggest anybody go there.
