Well sad to say the car wash was not operating at full capacity they did offer us free washes if we wanted to wait. Which I did but I feel like the dry system at the end did not remove anything so now the vehicle is covered with water spots

I know my truck was pretty dirty but I went thru twice and the truck still had mud on it

My customer service experience was great! The person working the window was so welcoming and friendly.The actually carwash was very disappointing. My windshield and driver + passenger side windows don’t look any different than before the car wash and are very much still VERY dirty.
