My Cross Countey experience was fantastic. Driver was very polite and helpful. He even called me 30 minutes ahead of his arrival, so I could run home before he got there.Awesome sauce!!!

They've had a package of mine for almost two weeks. After I scheduled multiple deliveries and not having anyone show up or call, I had to call them to figure out what was going on. The response I got from Barb was "Yeah they can't deliver it because they can't find it." What do you mean they can't find it??? "There's no room in the warehouse so they stuck it in a truck somewhere and they don't know which one. You'll probably need to order a new one." No one informed the company I ordered it from (nor updated any of the tracking info), so again, I had to call the company and go through all of that with them to get a replacement (which took over an hour). I am thoroughly unimpressed with the service, poor attitude and general incompetence. You should be embarrassed. This is unacceptable.

Still awaiting shipment for a freight item with estimated delivery 1/30 today, 2/9/22.I have called multiple times & receive the same generic answer from multiple customer service agents "let me check with my loading dock & call back" I have yet to receive a call back or an update on the status of my shipment. I paid a total of $215 for this delivery- which only traveled 92 miles. For $2.33 a mile, i'd expect better service, or at minimum better communication.Dealing with the Denver/ Commerce City HUB which has been listed as "permanently closed" on google, likely due to the terrible reviews.

Be careful with shipping through CrossCountry Freight. They took a shipment and lost the pallet. Not once did they reach out to let us know that it would now be late, but when we finally called and confronted them on the extreme lateness of this shipment, we were told "It's like losing a remote, and we will find it when we find it." When asked how they will help with this, they had no solution and informed me that I can just call back everyday and keep asking, as they apparently have no customer service and will not do anything on their end.
