what's at this hotel part was the great service Skylar gave at the front desk. we checked in about 10:00 p.m. he had a great smile and was very very helpful and making sure that our accommodations were met. the room was very nice. I was a little concerned about the hospital being close by but we did not hear any ambulances or any noise during the night. the locations right off the interstate and we did not hear traffic. the location is very good if you're traveling to Sioux falls or to jamestown.
Rooms: we had two queen beds the room was a nice size in the bathroom was a nice size. the heating and air we're not very noisy at all. the refrigerator is located behind a door by the window.

We called to make a reservation and they didn’t answer for an extended period of time. Then when they did answer, we were told a rate about 85 above what was listed bc “it was the last room available” and no other reasoning. Bogus.

Set up a wedding block here for my wedding. Process was relatively easy. Went to modify one single reservation and Misty Blue at the front desk began complaining to me unprofessionally over the phone for asking her to help us with the reservation. Will potentially update review based on our experience as we stay here.

Our stay at The Courtyard Fargo was nothing less than spectacular. The facilities are updated and clean, and the staff are very friendly. But the real magic of our stay was Misty Blue. She is worth one thousand people! We wanted to check out early from a different hotel because of multiple bad experiences; and after reading many reviews of the Fargo Courtyard mentioning Misty Blue, I called the Courtyard to make a reservation. Misty answered the phone, and she was very compassionate about my situation and made me feel valued. I asked if she could have a room ready for me to check in at 12:30 pm that same day. She made the arrangements necessary and more. Words can not express my gratitude to Misty. She is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. She truly cares about the people who stay at her hotel and wants a great experience for them. She is humble and attributes the success of the Courtyard to the general manager, Emily Nielsen, who models the same customer service that she expects as the standard. The people working at the Courtyard Fargo is what makes this hotel this hotel truly special.

Akin at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. Great personality and beyond helpful. Pool and Hot tub were nice room was everything I needed. Clean safe environment, would absolutely stay again!

Hotel is updated, great amenities, restaurants in walking distance and wonderful staff. My bed had dried bloody snot in the sheets and the staff easily provided a different room for the night.

This hotel is great! Misty Blue at the front desk is the best. She is always very helpful and pleasant. If you are in the need of a hotel in the Fargo/Moorhead area, this is where you need to stay.

So everything is great until the past 3days there have been kids running all up and down the 3rd floor playing ding dong ditch can’t get sleep because the parents aren’t doing anything and seems like the hotel doesn’t care it’s kinda
