If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

I’m a barber in town here and I usually go to this location to pick up a few items. I can’t help but feel as if they don’t appreciate us shopping at their store. The employees there are very snarky and and unprofessional. They seem as if they’re in a bad mood and I’m an inconvenience to them. There is a gal there that always gossips about people and it’s just a bad look on the entire store. I think from now on I’ll be driving the few extra miles to the other location. Or if salon centric has what I need, I’ll go there instead. They’re way much nicer and they don’t gossip about other people while in the store. I’m a licensed professional. When I go in to buy something I actually know what I’m getting and what I want. I don’t appreciate being questioned just because I’m a barber and not a cosmo. Highly disappointed in this location because of the employees.

Unprofessional and unsupportive of young industry professionals. Lacking in clear communication skills as well.I have had 2 recent situations, the first involving a new stylist of ours. The situation was discussed with the store and all was well. Fast forward to today. I come into shop and I over hear two employees talking about recent barber students came into the store and one had left his cards all over the store one commented how Unprofessional it was while the other remarked "its a waste of business cards because we're all professionally licensed here"-"again fair enough. Although, Ib would argue that there is miles between between a barber's training and a cosmetologist. The next part is what did it for me. The one gal continues to talk about these kids and states "then they were all asking advice about color. I'm thinking go ask your instructor those questions."Okay so you clearly stated you're a licensed professional who these students are coming to by product from and it's a hassle to share information knowledge with them for a few minutes? They have an entire team to ask but they simply wanted to ask yours and it's a burden. But lastly, the audacity to speak about the lack of professionalism in these 18 and 19 year old students leaving business cards around your store but then have 2 fully adult women speaking about these kids on the store floor for all the public to hear, including the owner of their school. Do better. Our future industry professionals deserve better but for the time being we will make sure they get support and supplies elsewhere.

First time here with my sister and the representative that assisted my sister seemed very judgmental. She barely helped my sister find the items she needed and then when it came time to check out she didn't allow my sister to buy the items because my sister wasn't a cosmetologist or studying to become one. I'm sorry but please explain to me where are the signs in your store that state that someone has to have a cosmetologist license in order to purchase items from your store. Please explain to me why you also didn't state this information to us while we asked for your assistance. I personally feel this customer service rep was casting judgement because of how we either looked or dressed. Will never shop here again.

I placed an order for products and chose the same day delivery option at 8am on tues March 31st and products never showed up. I called Wednesday April 1st they said they hd the order and would be sending it out and I would have it today. annoyed I agreed due to the fact that I needed the products. Then get a call at 315 pm that they basically canceled my order mind you they close at 4 so no way I can make it to another store to get what I needed. I am then told that I have to call in and ask for a refund instead of one being applied automatically since they canceled my order. Called the customer service number the employee gave me and they are closed. So I'm just out of luck.
