I AM CURRENTLY LEASING A 2024 TOYOTA CAMRY THAT IS ON ITS WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IT WON'T START: I have leased four vehicles from Corwin: a 2015 Corolla LE, a 2018 Corolla SE, a 2021 Camry SE, and a 2024 Camry Hybrid SE. However, I had multiple negative experiences with the company, which led me to leave unfavorable reviews. Unfortunately, I was offered a lower car payment in exchange for altering my review, which I agreed to as a college student. I was assured that the company would work to improve their services.During my interactions with Corwin, I received multiple calls and text messages from salespeople asking me to purchase a vehicle, while I was in a lease agreement, some just after I signed a lease agreement. It seemed like the salespeople were more concerned with their sales figures and becoming salesperson of the month, rather than prioritizing the needs of the customers.During my latest lease, I encountered numerous issues that added to my frustration. Due to the busiest season for my e-commerce online store, I switched my lease out early to avoid additional stress. However, I unknowingly made a car payment that was used to pay towards the old lease payoff, resulting in me paying two car payments in one month. Despite speaking to two financial business managers, one of whom did not even work for Toyota, and the other proving unreliable, my issue remained unresolved.To compound my difficulties, my car failed to start after only three months of ownership. When I shared my frustration with my longtime car salesman, Moe, he "liked" the text message I sent stating that "I will never buy a car from you again."Currently, my car is being towed to Corwin, and the root of the issue is unknown. In contrast, my previous three leases yielded no issues. Furthermore, I did not receive my license plates and had to drive with expired temporary papers for two months, despite notifying Corwin of the situation. And again, my trusted salesman, Moe, did not see to it that my issues were resolved as in previous leases.As a loyal and conscientious customer who has always met my payment obligations and returned my cars in new condition with half the miles allotted, I am troubled by these circumstances. My experience raises concerns about whether other reviews have been altered for compensation. I hold negative reviews in higher regard than positive ones. While Corwin may have purchased my review once, they will not do so again.

Called with a simple question, got a salesman, got my answer, ended the call. To my surprise his supervisor called me minutes later advising me that he heard I had interest in a vehicle, I asked why he was calling, he said to see if I had more questions, I said no your salesman did just fine, and advised him it was creepy that he was calling me, I never asked for a call back, I never gave my phone number, and why are the calling my personal cell phone minutes after I hung up.... to my surprise the supervisor did not even finish the conversation or apologize for the interruption in my day, or for rudely using my phone number without permission. He just hung up the phone, and disconnected the call... called them back and advised their secretary of my thoughts and it should be brought up to management to stop calling people and to change the policy...... thinking the rudeness was over, and they got the point..... I went on with my day, 3 hours later I got a text message I had to reply to to stop from being harassed through messaging. So I called back and asked for upper management, as I felt violated at this point, I was promptly transferred to an answering machine, as they no longer wanted to deal with me. I was so rudely treated, and disrespected. I will never call them again, you can make your own decision. Good luck on your car buying journey. My journey stopped through this store.

I had a great experience with Corwin purchasing my vehicle. The sales process with Daniel was great! I bought a used vehicle which sometimes can be unpredictable, but they did a great job to make sure the vehicle was everything I wanted. Even when there was a small issue, they went above and beyond to take care of it. I can’t say enough good things about how they do business and how they treat their customers. This goes from the service department, to the sales team, all the way up to the General Manager, Brant!

Bought a car month ago. Had it few days check engine light came on. Their mechanic overfilled the transmission fluid. Attempted to fix no success. We purchased beginning of November. They have now had our car longer than we have and our first payment is coming up. Lance a GM and Andy a service manager both screwed around and never updated us on anything. Also had the gm Lance lie straight to my face today. They overfilled transmission fluid in my vehicle and Lance straight told he talked to his mechanic and said nothing would happen!!! Gotta love recordings. Sooooo much fraud :) the savings grace and will adjust if this gets resolved. Brant and Brady the sales guy. Both of them were amazing specially Brady. Genuinely looking our for his customers stellar salesman.

Unfortunately we did not complete a deal but I had to reach and send a very positive review for Steve Kleven and Brant Wilson. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Excellent customer service, super fast responses, fair and transparent negotiating and no high pressure. I wish we could have put a deal together. I would highly recommend shopping for your next vehicle at Corwin Toyota.

Great experience buying our 2021 Highlander with only 12,000 miles on it. Our salesman Daniel Stone was professional, helpful & kind. He made our buying experience extremely smooth & easy. All the staff were very helpful highly recommend Corwin Toyota!

I never leave reviews, but this place deserves it. To keep it brief, I really felt like I got a great truck for a good price, got a fair amount for my trade-in, and got a great financing rate.Christiaan was the salesman I worked through and he provided fantastic customer service. He was easy to work with in-person, patient with all my questions, and promptly responded to follow up-questions and requests (an extra set of keys, vehicle registration, etc.) that I had even a month after I left the dealership.This was my first time buying a vehicle and I left the dealership feeling good about how everything played out. Thank you for the positive experience.

I recently bought a 2016 equinox here from Brandon K. I have had a great experience with customer service. Twenty days after my purchase my battery died. I came to Corwin the next day and the cleaned the corroded terminal free of charge then told me that the battery needed to be replaced as it was only at 40% health. We spoke to the GM of used car sales and he immediately authorized a replacement battery free of charge. While I recommend Toyota Corwin of Fargo to anyone, I will not recommend Brandon K as a sales rep as he had told us that any replacement or services would have to be paid by myself. Huge thanks to Micheal Peterson in Service who made getting a new battery possible!

This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had with any dealership. I bought a vehicle last month and its had nothing but problems. The sales person admitted that the cars they sell have mechanical issues and they don't fix them because that would mean less profit for the company. Its taken weeks to get anywhere with getting them to pay for diagnostics for the vehicle and according to the general manager they're only paying for part of the repairs. The GM did offer a trade, but I will never buy another vehicle from Corwin. So, to recap, they bought the car for cheap, slapped on some repairs to make it moderately drivable for a few weeks, and charged me what the car would be worth if it was in perfect working condition. Also, the sales person got visibly angry when I wasn't going to put $500 and sign the purchase agreement right away. That should have been my first indication this was a bad idea but I needed a vehicle, so thats on me.

Bought a new Corolla Hybrid was kept informed by the salesman, Eric Johnson of the delivery date of the car. (car was in shipment when we agreed to buy it.) Buying experience was positive. Corwin added a safety feature we did not want, so they removed it and refunded the cost. The general manager called me himself to make sure things were taken care of and that we were satisfied with our purchase. I have been a customer at Corwin since the early 90's and have bought 4 new cars and several used, and things have always gone well.

I have not previously had the greatest experience working with corwin HOWEVER I just bought a car and worked with Zane Dowell and had the BEST experience. He was genuinely kind and super friendly to my family and I. He listened to my wants, needs, concerns and deal breakers, and assured me he would try his best to make it work for us and he was able to deliver! Of course with the help of Tom in financing who was also super amazing and also did his best to make the deal work for our family! I would 1000% recommend working with Zane!

If zero stars was an option i would give them a 0. Terrible experience with finance especially (Matt) and salesperson Jordan. Was totally taken advantage of as a first time car buyer. Will never go to corwin again; guess I had to learn the hard way. Hope they feel proud.

I came to Corwin Service Center because I had an issue with my vehicle going into "limp mode." They called me and said everything was running great. They could not find an issue. They said they also recommended a fuel injector cleaning with this service. They said it would be covered by my warranty. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I found out that was a lie. They charged me for the fuel injector cleaning, but offered me a small 10% discount for the "misunderstanding." I was charged around $400 for these services. I was annoyed, but moved on.Fast forward to a week later I was driving in Minneapolis and it went into "limp mode" again. The exact issue that corwin claimed they had fixed a week earlier. I ended up getting stuck in Minneapolis and missing work because of it.I took it into a dealership up there (Fury Moters, they were amazing) and found out this issue was caused by a faulty wiring harness. They fixed it and I have had no issues ever since.Long story short, don't waste your time or money at Corwin. They have no clue what they are doing but have no problem taking your money anyway.

I leased a new vehicle and they told me Toyota requires I purchase a $2000 warranty that covers the battery and bulbs because Toyota does not cover those items under warranty lol. Said if I didn't buy it they couldn't even lease me the vehicle! Lol. I told the salesperson and finance loser I worked for Sanford Health and they really decided to stick it to me. It didn't seem to bother them in the slightest. They are literally trying to screw people over that are out there trying to help the community. You a fireman, military, or police officer? Don't worry they will screw you over too I'm sure. How pathetic is that? It's pretty pathetic.You could complain to Toyota but they don't care either. I'd tell you to go somewhere else but Fargo is a cesspool when it comes to auto sales. Maybe go across the river to Minnesota to buy a car. North Dakota is a joke for consumers. As far as vehicles go Toyota isn't all that great IMO. I had a ton of issue before my first oil change. The service department hasn't been all that impressive either. They have no problem lying to your face that's for sure. Good luck out there.
